Set in a quiet village with off street parking for 3 cars. It has mature gardens offering adults relaxation and children outside play.
The property is a great base for holidays in Norfolk, for enjoying walking and cycling and for access to the expansive North Norfolk coast.
The ground floor comprises various versatile reception rooms, along with a large, bright kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, boot room and a cloakroom.
One bedroom (Bedroom 2) is located on the ground floor for ease of access for guests where repeated use of stairs would be inconvenient or impractical.
The garden includes a paved entertaining area and expanse of lawn interspersed with mature trees. The driveway provides parking and turning space for several vehicles.
Whether you enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Norfolk Coast, the activity and natural beauty of the Brecks or the vibrancy of the city of Norwich the property is well located for all that Norfolk holidays have to offer.
Each bedroom provides a comfortable bed with, cotton bed linen, towels and a few bathroom essentials.
The main reception rooms offer space and comfort with plenty of seating available and there is a broad selection of games, books and reading material available for guests use.
The large kitchen / dining space is well equipped and contains all the utensils you need to prepare meals for many people should you wish to. There is a large oven with gas hob as well as a small microwave.
The kitchen is well stocked with a supply of herbs, spices, condiments, sauces and other things useful items and there is a good selection of cook books to offer inspiration if you are so minded.
The property is oil centrally heated.

This area of Norfolk is wonderful. The coast offers miles of beautiful, sandy shoreline, there are many cycle and walking routes, numerous excellent places to eat from pubs to restaurants, quirky country eateries, perfect picnic places, glorious National Trust sites and fabulous country houses to explore ... and of course, big skies to enjoy them all under.

A spacious, well-equipped property.
We loved staying here for a Christmas family break. Cooking in the large kitchen was a pleasure. We even made a Boxing Day visit to the coast. If we can make up a group to fill all the bedrooms we will go again to the Old Bell.
