This is a nice 3 bedroom apartment ideal for the business travelers. It is situated in a relaxed area of the city beside the Barcelona International Conference Centre. Not only is CCIB centre used for business events but also for some of the largest music festivals in the city so if you are attending, this is the apartment for you!
There are one double bedroom ,2 twin bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. It also has a nice private terrace with dining area accessible from the living area. The apartment is totally equipped throughout and kitchen has all modern appliances. Moreover there are Wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The area is serviced by tram and within walking distance is Diagonal Mar shopping centre which has many shops and restaurants. The beach is also just around a 15 minute walk. Here you can enjoy some of the quieter and cleaner beaches of the city and have a refreshing drink in one of the many "chiringuitos" or beach bars. An excellent choice for your business stay or for those visiting the city for special events!

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.
