This amazing property is situated on the 15th floor in an exclusive and high-end area of Barcelona. Located along the shoreline in Diagonal Mar, you can enjoy the beach just a few blocks away.
The apartment has one double and two twin bedrooms, with access to the large terrace. There is plenty of natural sunlight and space for storage with built in closets. There are 2 full bathrooms finished in high quality grey marble; towels and fresh linens are provided for each guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and touch control electronic cooker. The living room/dining area is spacious with comfy leather sofa, flat screen plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. There is WiFi internet connection throughout the apartment. There is 24 hour security. If you are arriving to Barcelona by car, parking is also available on request.
Other facilities include washing machine and dryer, hot/cold AC, safety deposit box, hair dryer, ironing facilities. The complex in which the apartment is situated has an array of exclusive private facilities to the including 2 swimming pools (1 children´s shallow swimming pool) and changing area. Diagonal Mar area has lots to offer and is definitely the best location for a combined sea and city break.
The area is tranquil surrounded by landscaped communal parks and gardens. To explore the historic centre just take direct metro line or catch a taxi and get there in about 10 minutes.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.
