Beautiful brand-new, sunny apartment with sea views in one of the most emblematic buildings in Diagonal Mar. Enjoy wonderful views of the beach, sea and park from this stylish and modern apartment.
This is a 4 bedroom apartment; 1 master bedroom with ensuite, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and the fourth bedroom has 1 single bed. All have ample storage space with built- in wardrobes. Every room overlooks the sea and connects to a large private terrace accessible throughout the whole apartment. There are 2 full marble bathrooms. Towels and fresh linens are provided for each guest on arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and touch control electronic cooker. From here you can enjoy sea views. The living room is spacious with comfy leather sofa, plasma TV, DVD player and stereo.
The complex in which the apartment is situated is maintained in pristine condition and has an array of facilities including 2 swimming pools (1 children´s shallow swimming pool) and changing area. There is 24 hour security. If you are arriving to Barcelona by car, parking is available also (charged at 17.50 euros per night). Other facilities include Wifi internet connection, washing machine and dryer and hot/cold AC.
Diagonal Mar area has lots to offer and is hands- down the best location for a combined sea and city break. The area is surrounded by landscaped communal parks and gardens. The beach is just one block away and is a favorite amongst locals as it has a reputation for its cleanliness and swimming conditions incomparable with city beaches. For the shopaholics the shopping centre Diagonal Mar has most major high street retailers and huge hypermarket. To explore the historic centre just take direct metro line or catch a taxi and get there in about 10 minutes.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).
Please give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment at +34607738235. There is no physical reception at the apartment, so it is important to call us in advance to ensure a smooth and quick check-in process.
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited (a penalty of 3.000€ applies). The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.

Swimming pool opens in summer only. Closures are subject to change based on weather and maintenance.
