This modern apartment is beautifully decorated inside and is just a few hundred metres from the shore in the exclusive area of Diagonal Mar. Diagonal Mar is an ideal spot, within easy reach of the historic centre and with a relaxed atmosphere.
There is a truly homely feel to this apartment due to its earthy tones yet it is completely modern throughout and has stylish hardwood floor finish. Ideal for families, small groups or business trips, there are 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin. Both have access onto the terrace which encircles the entire apartment, allowing lots of natural light to flow through all the rooms. There is a lot of storage and wardrobe space with the built in wardrobes. The 2 bathrooms are impeccably finished in marble. Fresh towels and sheets are provided for guests on arrival. The living/dining room is complete with dining table and chairs, comfy sofa and coffee table. There is satellite TV, DVD player and stereo so guests can unwind after a busy day exploring the city or after a beach outing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all modern appliances including dishwasher. Other facilities include Wifi internet, heating, air- conditioning, washing machine and dryer.
The large terrace is a fantastic feature and has great sea and park views. Guests can dine al fresco and take in the fresh Mediterranean breeze. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a complex with 2 swimming pools (including 1 children´s pool) and 24 hour security. If you are coming to Barcelona by car, parking is available.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.
