This beautiful city centre apartment could not be better located, right at Barcelona´s central square, Plaza Catalunya. A similar apartment is almost impossible to find in this area of the city.
New throughout and with hardwood floor finishes, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with built in wardrobes and 1 twin room. The clean lines and neutral tones create a light airy space. The new bathroom is complete with bath, shower and ´his and hers´ hand basin. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. The fully fitted kitchen is totally equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, fan oven and ceramic hob. Other facilities include Wifi, hot/cold AC, washing machine and dryer. The living/dining area has dining table, comfy sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. There is a nice balcony accessible from the living room and the bedroom.
If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona center has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. The famous Las Ramblas starts just the other side of the square. Also, just on the doorstep is Paseo de Gracia, Rambla Catalunya, Plaza Universitat and the main shopping street Portal del Angel. You can get around the city easily with bus, metro and taxi station all in the vicinity. If you prefer to wander around on foot this is perfect to discover the winding streets of the Gothic and Raval quarters or see the Cathedral or Picasso museum in the fashionable Borne district. This apartment is a true oasis in one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited (a penalty of 3.000€ applies). The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.
