This 55 m2 apartment is located on the second floor serviced by elevator: it is very quiet and bright, and features double-pane windows and AC in all rooms.The apartment opens onto the living area, which includes table for 4, double-size sleeper sofa (190 cm x 140 cm), bookcase, TV area and fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, washer and dishwasher. From the living area, we access to a first balcony with beautiful views over a luscious green public garden and the Church of Sant'Andrea.The living area includes a closet with cleaning tools. The sleeping area includes a bathroom with a large shower cabin and a bedroom, furnished with double bed, six-door wardrobe and dresser, and from which you can access a second balcony, it too overlooking the public garden and the Church of Sant’Andrea.Floors are tiled.

Within 250 meters, you will find stops for tramways no. 9 and buses no. 62, 65, 90 and 91.
