Typical stone building peacefully set at the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lecchi, in the midst of the Chianti Classico hills between Siena and Florence. The cottage is the result of a recent renovation which has transformed this ancient hay store into a charming holiday home, ideal for spending a relaxing holiday for couples and small families. Internally the house offers comfortable and cosy rooms, is well furnished in rustic style and provided with all modern facilities. On the outside guests have at their disposal a lovely covered terrace fully furnished for dining “al fresco” and enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills, as well as a private garden with lots of fruit trees and flowers. Ideally situated for visiting the most renowned historical and art centres in Tuscany as well as many other smaller characteristic villages in the Chianti region, and within easy reach of the 'Siena - Florence' toll free motorway (5 km).

The nearby village of Staggia Senese (3 km) offers all essential services such as supermarket, bars & restaurants, various shops, bank, post office, horse riding, etc., whilst in the larger town of Poggibonsi (5 km) guest will find all kinds of facilities.

The region is located in the central, western part of the country, north of Rome and south of Genoa. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation the customer will pay within 3 working days an advance of 30% of the full amount . The outstanding balance must reach Villa in Med at least 45 days prior to the start of the lease. Upon receipt of the oustanding balance the customer will be sent the lease voucher with driving instructions to the villa and key-holder contact details.
