Fantastic stay!

What a find! A brilliant, modern flat in a safe and secure location. Everything you need for a stress free stay is provided and the flat was immaculately clean. Really comfortable bed too!

Only a few minutes walk to all the major sites and surrounded by convenient coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

A very warm and professional welcome from Eddie who was on hand to help before, during and after our visit; even rescuing our son's toy bunny who we left behind!

Cannot recommend this flat highly enough. A great place to use as a base for a trip to Edinburgh. We shall be returning! A fantastic experience.

EXCELLENT! Fantastic location, modern and clean aesthetic, safe and enclosed complex!

The quarter mile property is a fantastic property and hands down was the favorite property during our UK adventure. To start things off, Eddie is a fantastic host. He is responsive and communicative, and took the time to meet us at the apartment and show us around and invite us into the property. He was on call for any questions we had during outer stay and helped ensure we had a great time. The property itself is amazing. Great, central location within Edinburgh - no more than a 7 min walk to the Royal Mile itself; less if you are exploring the side streets! Enclosed within a sleek urban apartment complex adjacent to a Sainsburys (grocery store) and Starbucks - it truly can't be beat location wise. Additionally, the apartment itself is sleek, modern, incredibly clean and highly comfortable. It provides the comfort and and privacy of an apartment with the high class feel of a hotel. Could not recommend this place more, will be my go to choice if I return to Edinburgh. Thank you for a great stay Eddie!

Great central location!

What a great choice in Edinburgh. Eddie the owner was so accommodating, letting us drop our luggage off early to explore the city since it was already cleaned and available. He responded promptly to any questions that I had which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend the property! It was in a safe and secure neighborhood and easy walking to the heart of the city. Bonus having a little store for basic needs and coffee shop right next door. Thanks Eddie for a great stay!

The apartment was great! Cebteal location with nice places to way around. Just a few steps from the Greyfriars and Bobby!

Eddie is super nice and the apartment is incredibly comfortable.

Fantastic modern apartment in a central location

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights in September. It's a lovely modern apartment, comfy sofa and bed and all the mod cons. Well kitted out kitchen if you want to cater for yourself and a supermarket practically next door, plus restaurants, bars/pubs and coffee shops. The owner was super helpful and made us feel really welcome when checking-in, nothing was too much trouble. Edinburgh is such a great city and all the sights and attractions were a short walk away. We'll definitely be back and use this apartment again. Highly recommend to anyone.
