Sleeping 4 in comfort, with Blackpool on your doorstep, includes parking

Our 2 bedroom holiday house in Blackpool is situated directly in the centre of the tourist areas, one road back from the seafront.

To the front of the property you can see directly into Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Our house is fully equipped comprising large lounge/dining area with wall mounted Freeview TV & DVD player, Netflix Account, 2 & 3 seater sofas, dining area seating 4 with high chair available.

The new kitchen has ample storage space for food and is fully equipped with all the necessities you will need during your stay.

There is a small rear yard area to the rear.

To the first floor is a twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath and main double bedroom to the front with views of the Pleasure beach. We have a travel cot and high chair so can accommodate a baby also.

Directly outside the house is the 16 bus stop which takes you to all the main tourist attractions including the Tower, the Zoo to name a few.

The Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Sandcastle Water Park, Wetherspoons Velvet Coaster with the largest roof top beer garden and Notriannis world famous ice cream shop are within less than 5 mins walk.

Travel to the property can be via train to the Pleasure Beach Station less than 10 mins walk or postcode for SAT NAV purposes is FY4 1HW – we have off road parking for one vehicle.

We do not accept pets or all male/female groups.

This property was bought specifically for the holiday market due to its proximity to the main Blackpool Attractions, we like to see the Pleasure Beach from the front bedroom window and hear the screaming as the rides are going - it just reminds us that Blackpool is a Holiday centre with people being happy to visit.

Very Clean with some nice touches

This house is very very clean throughout and comes with everything you need including a washing machine.

Victoria is an outstanding host who goes out of her way and provides lots of information on what to do in the area and how to contact her should you need any help.

We loved the nice touches such as the wine & milk in the fridge, this made us feel very welcome. The cupboards stocked with condiments such as ketchup, tea, coffee, sugar etc. where great.

There is car parking for one car right in font of the house but no on street parking outside the house (there is on street parking elsewhere or in a cheap car park a couple of roads away).

The place is modern and up to date throughout with lots of space.

This is perfect place to stay if you need the pleasure beech / water park which is just minutes away with the Blackpool Tower a quick tram / bus ride away.

We liked it that much we wanted to come and stay again but those days have already been booked.

Everything we needed and more to enjoy our visit to Blackpool. Good location for seafront and transport. private parking was added bonus. Plenty of room for 3 adults and would also suit family of 4. nice personal touches with gifts left for us. Would definitely stay here again.

nice clean property

on arrival i thought this was going to be a tiny apartment type property,great free parking space right in front of the door.on opening the door we were not disapointed large living room with nice clean decor and furniture,the kitchen was large with all the utensils and equipment you need,inc washing machine ironing board vacuum etc.upstairs very large main bedroom with lovely bay window,2nd bedroom nice for kids,bathroom very clean and modern,overall a very nice house to stay in a quiet location with all the amenities at your doorstep.also wanted to say thank you to victoria for all the goodies she left us in the fridge ,bathroom etc very nice little touches.i would recomend this house for a trip to blackpool .if you go please look after this house like its your own as we did because we want to go back as im sure you will once you have been.
