Enjoy a fabulous brand new air conditioned condominium. Granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are two levels with two separate living rooms. Both have Flat screen TV's and stereos with DVD players.

Master bedroom has oversized shower and granite countertops with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom attached. Wireless Internet Service Available.

Year Round Resort with Premier 18 Hole Golf Course. Many lakes nearby. There is an indoor water park and resort at the base lodge. Travel to Knowlton and Sutton (two wonderful french towns) where you believe you are in Europe.

Spacious, Comfortable, Lovely Townhouse

this was our third year renting this charming Jay Peak condo. There was plenty of space for two couples and a single friend (in the past we've had an additional single) and there would be room for visiting kids on the sleep sofa downstairs. the place is very nicely furnished and feels cozy but not relentlessly "ski-lodgy". Plenty of cookware, plates and glasses (of course :-) ). You carry your skis a few doors down to the end of the building and then ski right down to the lift. Two of us are snowshoers and it's also easy to strap on the snows and walk over to the many lovely trails. The skiers love Jay since the snow is always terrific (there was even some in 2016). Over the past years the resort has added a great restaurant, a spa, and several smaller family-friendly food places. We love it there and will be back next year! I will also note that we have found the owner to be helpful, responsive and accomodating, which is a big reason why we've returned each year.

Great Location, Warm and Welcoming

We always take a winter ski vacation during the Christmas/New Year holiday. The family wanted to try a ski-on ski-off location and had never been to Jay Peak so we rented this condo. Wow! Warm and welcoming during a very cold spell at Jay. The very clean slope side location was a big hit with the skiers and the cozy living room with fireplace was a big hit with the one non-skier who loves to read. Our group of 7 had plenty of room to spread out, a nice big table allowing us to eat together and a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare great meals. We had a minor issue with the TV but when I emailed the owner the response was almost immediate. We also asked for some additional discount ski tickets after we arrived (purchased through the owner) and again, the response was immediate and we were able to pick them up from another condo close by and send the owner a check to cover the cost. We came in three cars from different locations and there was plenty of room to park. We had no problem with the payment transactions, but we also don’t mind using checks. We found the owner quite accommodating and helpful. The location is very lovely and it would also be a great place in the summer! We would rent here again without hesitation and will recommend to anyone asking where to stay at Jay.

Great slope-side condo and fantastic, attentive owner

We've been renting this property for the last 10 years, mostly during February vacation. This property is so popular that we have to reserve in the summer. I hope this review won't make it too much worse.

When we decide to come to Jay we always check with these owners first.

We've stayed as 4 and as many as 8 people and it was a pleasure every time. Jay Peak is a wonderful mountain (one of us loves the cross-country trails, too), the condo is slope-side and could not be better supplied or maintained.

I found the owners to be friendly and helpful; they clearly take pride in making sure we are happy

and informed and get the most out of our stay.

All transactions were simple and efficient, without any surprises.

We really love the place and recommend wholeheartedly.

Great location, excellent value, but owner tough to deal with

This place was a fantastic getaway experience for our group! The description of the property was accurate and I believe the value to be exceptional.

Only problem was with the owner. First of all, she did not take Paypal and wanted checks. This is not a big deal, however with the need to put a large amount of money up front it would have been nice to have the security of Paypal. This would have avoid the following situation: We purchased lift tickets through the owner for a discount. Unfortunately I forgot to send the money for shipping the tickets. She did send the tickets when I apologized for forgetting and I immediately send a check through my bank and sent her the confirmation information. This got lost in the mail so I sent another check via certified mail so it could be tracked. By this time we were two days away from departure and had still not received the directions/instructions for the condo. She flat out told me that if she didn't receive the check then she would cancel our reservation over a small shipping fee. Thankfully another member of our group was able to talk some sense into her, eventually she sent the instructions and the weekend then went off without a hitch. The security deposit came back in full, but not after having to ask for it twice.

I like to give people a pass in these situations so I hope this was a one time hiccup and that these problems will not happen again in the future. Hopefully you will enjoy the condo just as much as we did! There's no better place to stay.

Owner's Response: It is true that I do not accept paypal. I had a problem years ago and made the choice not to use them. I do accept personal checks and do not deposit the security deposit. That being said, my account of the issue is very different than Andrew's. I offer all of my tenants discount lift tickets. To do this, I purchase a bulk number of tickets in November at a huge cost. I ask each tenant that we add a small fee to the total cost of the tickets for shipping and insurance. After several attempts by email, which Andrew ignored I was unable to collect the fee. In the end, I spoke with one of Andrew's friends and they apologized and promised to pay the fee.
