We had a lovely time in a great property

We didn’t actually stay

In the above property as their was a booking issue. However Veronica had another property for us in the centre of Sheffield which was great. So this review is not really for the advertised property. What I would say is that she was very helpful and the communication was good.

Minimal necessary.

Minimal necessary. Good for college kids but not for vacationers. Flat needs a lot of improvements: better run/shower, better mattresses and a tv would be a good place to start.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback Andrew. The flat does not have a TV as one of the amenities in the listing, therefore I'm sorry it's absence was disappointing for you. There is television as well as a separate reception in our flats nearer to the City Centre. Additional amenities and open plan dining living are reflected in the higher cost per night. Your feedback about the mattresses (king size and double) is taken seriously as it's not been raised before. The shower was replaced last Summer but this will be looked at again.
