Peccato per la poca correttezza alla prenotazione.

Ho prenotato le ferie dal 5 al 23 agosto.Due giorni prima della mia partenza mi scrivono dicendomi che l'ingresso dall'appartamento di è occupato da un cantiere perché i lavori hanno subito dei ritardi e per compensare al disagio mi ospitano in un appartamento più grande fino al 12 di agosto.A questo punto sono costretto ad accettare visto il preavviso,certo che se fossero stati onesti me lo avrebbero dovuto dire alla prenotazione e non con così poco preavviso.Comunque l'appartamento è perfetto nulla da dire,se non che il cantiere ha creato notevoli disagi,rumori dalle 8 di mattina alle 17,alle 8,30, quasi tutti i giorni mi chiedevano di spostare l'auto per far scaricare i materialial camion (mi è capitato anche di doverlo fare sotto un temporale),l'auto parcheggiata fuori dalla proprietà e ingresso attraverso il cantiere.Il giorno 11 anziché il 12 mi fanno spostare nell'appartamento prenotato i disagi del cantiere sono continuati per tutta la vacanze inoltre si sono aggiunti i seguenti problemi.

Letto scomodo,doccia senza pressione e Internet non funzionante,segnalo i problemi allo staff che risolve il problema doccia,il WiFi malgrado vari tentativi da parte del tecnico niente da fare.Per alcuni giorni riesco ad utilizzare in qualche modo il WiFi del primo appartamento,dal giorno 15 agosto anche questo WiFi spette di funzionare,risultato niente internet fino a fine vacanze se non qualche ora verso le 1 di notte.

L'appartamento se non fosse per i problemi sopra elencati sarebbe stato perfetto ma considerato che il WiFi e una delle cose che cerco in un appartamento non ci siamo.Va detto però che ci è stato permesso di fare il check-out alla sera in modo da goderci anche l'ultimo giorno.Comunque i lavori al giorno 22 di agosto erano ancora in corso.

Segnalo che la casa è su una collina molto ripida e quindi indispensabile noleggiare un'auto.Il voto sarebbe stato senza dubbio migliore ma ho ritenuto grave aver taciuto alla prenotazione della presenza del cantiere e la mancanza del WiFi.

Beautiful stay in an almost perfect home

We booked 12 nights. Because of a delay with the rental car we arrived later as scheduled. We informed Teryl, the house keeper, via SMS. She was patient and waiting for our arrival the whole time and gave a warm welcome. As big surprise we got the larger flat above in the 1st floor. Don´t know anymore what was the reason so that I can not say something about the booked flat in the ground floor where you can see all the pictures in this advertisement. But the facility and furniture are quite similar except that the upper flat is larger with 2 floors so that there is more space and more rooms which we of course not all used. But this flat would be perfect for two or more families. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom like toilet and shower. So we got the luxury to sit on the higher balcony and enjoyed the view. And Teryl came along after one week to made a cleaning of the whole flat what we very appreciate.

To reach the accommodation you have to walk from the main road a bit more than 1km up to a hill. The more you come up, the steeper it will be. Even with condition you will get problems to finish the last 400mtr to climb the hill of around 25-30% incline. We got the rental car all the time which was a big support. So a rental car is recommendable. If you don´t like to hire and you come back from the supermarket out of the bus and walkt he way 2x with that temperature and humidity you will hire a car voluntary. But this is your own decision.

As usual in such climatic zones there are gnats. Not much but I have always the luck that they try to suck me out. Unfortunately I used days later an organic protection (Zedan) which was helping well. Anti-Brumm is also useful. The gnats start to come as usual when it´s later afternoon or sunset.

There are some trees near by which are interesting for bats. In the afternoon until darkness some fly quite close the balcony which is an interesting natural spectacle. They are lovely animals without making noise or mud. When do you got the chance to observe that in the nature?

There is not TV but we haven´t missed them. We had live-TV on the balcony watching what´s going around. And a sweet pigeons couple which hatch their eggs on the bookshelf on the balcony.

sauber, ruhig, zweckmässig, gut betreut

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Teryl hat uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und unterstützt. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt hat sie sogar die Wohnung komplett und sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Die Wohnung liegt steil oben am Hang, das gibt einen schönen Ausblick (Mietauto macht Sinn). Der Regenwald ist nahe und entsprechend sollte man sich Abends mit "Perfect Sleep" einsprühen (Anti-Mosquito), wenn man draussen sitzen möchte. Dafür kann man die Flaying Foxis sehr nah im Flug beobachten.

Hundegebell in der Nacht gehört zu den Seychellen. Wir empfehlen sehr, IMMER alle Wertsachen und Geld im Tresor zu einzuschliessen. Zur Zeit wird auf der Insel ein Anstieg der Wohnungseinbrüche festgestellt und die Diebe sind sehr dreist. Das Areal ist gut eingezäunt, aber Diebe sind erfinderisch... Ansonsten immer gerne wieder!

Excellente adresse

J'ai séjourné dans cette location durant près de 2 mois et demi lors d'un déplacement professionnel.

Cette appartement est très bien situé même s'il est nécessaire de disposer d'un véhicule. Une construction récente et moderne située au dessus d'une vallée avec vue sur la mer du balcon.

Disposant d'une très belle chambre et d'une confortable salle de bain.

Deux balcons offrant une jolie vue mer latérale.

Propriétaires charmant et une équipe sur place très agréable et efficace.

A recommander sans AUCUNE HÉSITATIONS !!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al reef view1 dal 11/12 al 31/12/2013.La prima parte dal11/12 al 18/12 in 4 persone,dal 18/12 al 31/12 siamo rimasti in 2.

Questa casa per 4 persone è assolutamente ideale,spaziosa,arredata con gusto e cura,molto pulita,dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza a 5 stelle,ed aggiungo anche cose superflue che fanno piacere e che non ti aspetti in una casa per le vacanze.Servizi dello staff eccellenti sia dal momento del booking fino alla partenza,giardino con frutti tropicali di una bontà eccezionale,una tranquillità assoluta,vista sull'oceano bellissima,adatta a qualsiasi persona,sconsigliata a persone con disabilità. Necessaria l'autovettura perchè la casa,per la vista che ha,si trova leggermente in collina,ma ad un paio di minuti anche meno,di auto dal mare.Sul sito di presentazione le foto non rendono bene l'idea noi l'abbiamo trovata molto meglio dal vero.Questa la recensione per 4 persone,per 2 persone direi esagerata,fantastica! Trovo personalmente anche ideale la collocazione,essendo al centro della zona meno cementificata e più bella di Mahe',e cosa non meno importante a soli 12 minuti di auto dall'aereoporto (cronometrati) e vicino a Victoria,tempo di percorrenza impossibile da stabilire perchè il traffico a seconda delle ore è pesante.Ristoranti nella zona parecchi,ma difficile mangiare bene,e poi la casa è dotata di qualsiasi necessità per cucinare,con un'ampia cucina attrezzatissima.Parcheggio per l'auto interno alla casa con cancello automatico dotato di telecomando.Spero di aver sintetizzato in maniera comprensibile le mie impressioni,comunque penso proprio che noi torneremo e speriamo che venga sempre trattata con la cura che si merita perchè e proprio carina.Andateci non ve ne pentirete
