If we had to describe this beautiful property in just four words, it would certainly be cozy, private, cozy but at the same time very elegant. In addition to all this, the most important feature is the proximity to the sea, this beautiful villa is less than 1 minute walk from the sandy beach of Las Chapas.



Upon entering the property you will be surrounded by a multitude of well maintained Mediterranean plants and lovely colorful flowers that will shape your way to the main entrance. A beautiful large open plan sitting and dining room welcomes you inside the villa. Comfortable sofa and armchairs are carefully arranged around a large coffee table, facing the wood fireplace and flat TV, creating a perfect place for an evening gathering.

The dining area is subtly separated from the living room, resulting in an intimate dining area with two sliding glass wall doors that can open the connecting dining area to the outside terrace. The large dining table can comfortably accommodate 6. The kitchen is located next to the main entrance and is easily accessible from the living room and dining room. Although not very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) which provides you with all the comfort of your home.

The heated marble floors throughout the villa combined with central heating create a cozy and warm atmosphere, even in the coldest months of the year, when the temperature will not drop below 10 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning is installed in each room so if the sea breeze is not enough in the hot summer months, you can cool off immediately in the air conditioning.

The villa is located in the exclusive area of ​​Las Chapas, a quiet neighborhood of beautiful private villas. The whole area is secured and at night security guards patrol the streets.


Playa el Alicate beach is less than a minute's walk from the villa. It is one of the best beaches in the area, with fine sand, a width of 25m, without rocks and moderate waves. The good thing is the average occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sun lounger that you can rent from one of the beach bars.

There are some famous beach bars and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) serving delicious international and local dishes.

The largest shopping center and shopping center on the Costa del Sol, La Canada, is only 8 km (8 minutes drive) away. Here you can find a wide variety of products, from clothing to food or building materials. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (just 5 km), SuperSol, Mercadona, Lidl or OpenCor. It's important to know that all stores are closed on Sundays except OpenCor (located 5 minutes by car) which is open 24 hours.


If you are planning a golf trip, this location is ideal. There are three renowned golf courses very close to the villa, Marbella Golf & Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18 hole golf course with club house and wellness center, considered in the 5 best golf courses in Spain) and Santa Clara Golf (18-hole golf course, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets).

If you are passionate about tennis, just 2 km from the villa you have The Royal Tennis Club. The club is famous for its terraces of mud, the best on the Costa del Sol, where racket sport can be enjoyed outdoors, in a natural and quiet environment.
