About John Grice
We have holidayed in Cornwall for many years. Our first visit was in 1976 when we spent our honeymoon in the area. It has been a favourite destination ever since. Our love of the unique atmosphere and vibrant art scene has drawn us back year after year. Our children and grandchildren now visit and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful beaches too. We hope you will love Cornwall as much as we do.

Why John Grice chose Saint Minver
Rock Cottage was incredibly well appointed with beautiful surroundings. We were drawn to the rural peaceful setting. The property's proximity to some of Cornwall's best beaches made this the perfect family holiday location.
What makes this Cottage unique
There are great opportunities for the active. You can surf, swim, sail, and cycle. You can hike the coastal paths and explore nearby Bodmin Moor. For the 'foodies' you will not have to travel too far to find Rick Stein, Jamie Oliver and Nathan Outlaw well represented by their very own restaurants.

We were very impressed with Rock Cottage. The house itself was very stylish, well kitted out, and well maintained. Our double bedroom was generously proportioned with plenty of space for our travel cot.
Our children adored the open space to play safely outside, and loved seeing the rabbits on the grass every morning. It was beautifully peaceful, yet close to plenty of beaches, and places to visit.
We plan to book the cottage again for a summer stay, it has a perfect sunny terrace for barbecues.
We can't wait to go back!
