Within our Kapelle Blick House there are two newly built luxury apartments. Perfect for couples, families, two families or groups. Together sleeping 2-9 people.
Both have private entrance halls and direct access to the garden. Fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining rooms with undbalcony or terrace in a great location near the Chapel and mountains beyond. Lounge and dining areas with WiFi, LCD TV and DVD/PS2 Player, and Ipod docking stations.
The house is located directly on the Ski Bus route, the 'Cross Country ski track' is on the doorstep, along with footpaths and walking routes onto the mountains! Drive 2 minutes to the Horberg lift or 3-4 minute drive to the Penken and AHorn, with free parking, direct access to AHorn and Penken mountains.
Whether it is a winter or summer holiday, the apartments are perfectly located to take advantage of all the local activities and facilities. Private ski room offers storage and boot warmer, along with space for bikes or other equipment
Location: Our apartments are located in a private house, a stones throw from Mayrhofen, and a short distance to the lifts and shops. The Penkenbahn and A Horn lift are both only a couple of minutes drive away, or choose to go to the newly renovated Horbergbahn lifts. Whether you want to drive your own car and take advantage of the free parking, or you want to hop on the free bus which runs directly outside the house, you choose what best suits you.
If you like the idea of fresh bread each day..... this can be arranged to be delivered daily!
The local leisure facilities are located nearby, in the centre of Mayrhofen or neighbouring Hippach. Our guests have free entrance to both the Indoor and outdoor pools from May to October!
Our Apartments: Our apartments are perfectly located in a private quiet residential house, so if you are looking for a party house this is not for you. You will find two totally separate apartments both with underfloor heating. Apartment 1, has 2 double bedrooms, one with a King size double bed and one with two singles and space for a further bed. Apartment 2, has one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a further sofa bed in the lounge.
Both apartments offer ideal accommodation to take full advantage of all the door step activities both in the winter and summer seasons.
You have direct access in the winter to sledging hills and a flood lit 'Cross Country Ski Tracks' in the neighboring fields. Our apartment is for those looking for the best comfort, quality and location in the village, a real home from home. Both apartments have brand new kitchens, bathrooms and furniture, with open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen areas.
Other Points of Interests...: Train enthusiast's will not want to leave the valley, there are numerous steam trains that run daily in and out of the valley, enabling you to experience the amazing views of the 'Zillertal' valley in the comfort of steam!
There are numerous lakes scattered throughout the valley some are pebbled and some are sandy, perfect after a long walk to relax by, or a short walk if you prefer to drive to them or go by cable car.

Lovely, ideally-situated apartment
Many thanks for the warm welcome and introduction to the apartment, Tracy. It was everything we had hoped - cosy, well-appointed, perfectly situated for access to the ski lifts; and only a few minutes walk to the town centre for restaurants and shopping. We had a fantastic week of skiing, with clear blue skies, sun and great snow. Looking forward to coming back again.

Warm and welcoming apartment and hosts
We spent a week in Tracy and Steves wonderful apartment. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean with all the amenities of home. Steve and Tracy are warm, welcoming hosts. They are always on hand to help if you have any problems or need advice on restaurants or places to visit. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from Mayrhofen town centre and only a hundred yards from the ski bus so is perfectly placed to explore the Mayrhofen ski area then head into town to ease the aching muscles with a gluhwein or two.

Many thanks to Tracy and Steve for their warm welcome and presentation of the apartment and for all needful information about Mayrhofen! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, suitable for a family with small children, very modern. The apartment has a large bedroom, a large bathroom (separately wc) and an open living room including dining and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the bus stop is very near. I've been in many places in Austria, but I never felt so good! The apartment was great, the resort was great, even the weather was great! Many thanks once again to the owners! I hope to see you next year!

Wir haben eine Woche in der schönen und gepflegten Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Großes Bad mit separatem WC, großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch für die Kids. Offene Küche mit Wohnraum und ausziehbarer, hochwertiger Couch für gemütliche Abende. Die Skibushaltestelle befindet sich unweit vom Haus. In der Umgebung kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen.
Wir können diese Wohnung und auch die netten Vermieter nur weiter empfehlen.
Perfectly located on the outskirts of Mayrhofen near to all amenities. Our luxury apartments have Mountain and Chapel views, and situated across the road from the main Cross Country Ski track and a stones throw from the Ziller river and mountain walks. Once here, you have the free Ski bus on the doorstep, or if you decide to drive, 2 min to the Horberg lift or 3-4 min drive to the AHorn, both with free parking and direct access to AHorn and Penken mountains. Golf: Golf driving range in the nearby village of Stumm with is approximately 15 minutes drive. Ski: Mayrhofen offers a variety of runs and off-piste in the immense Zillertal. Direct access to 101 km of the overall 450 km in the Zillertal. Skiing is great for advanced, intermediates, and especially for beginners, and another plus is the direct access to the Hintertux Glacier – skiing all year round on the 18 km of runs. Other winter activities you will find a toboggan run, wild water rafting, an ice-rink, paragliding, guided walks, mountain bike rides, sleigh-riding, curling and 45 km of footpaths, horse riding. Enjoy a sauna or a swim in in-door and out-door pools, play some tennis, or go to the solarium, all of these located next door to the apartment. Looking for the best holiday for you, your friends or family, whether it be ski or boarding focused, action/adventure packed, or après-ski filled holiday Mayrhofen caters for all.

We are happy to confirm that you can now pay for your holiday using Debit, Credit Cards, Mastercard, Dinners Card, American Express and V Pay. The above rental rates are a guide, please inquire direct for exact costings especially over school holiday and festive periods and payment options. All bookings which fall within 'High Season' dates must fall within a Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days can be considered in 'Low season', please discuss this with me in person. A Security Deposit will be due either on your arrival or prior to your arrival, this will be returned to you in person if you have time for the apartment to be checked, or via a bank transfer. Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit payment is non-refundable, a booking is confirmed once a completed booking form and deposit payment is received.
