All we could ask and more
We recently spent a wonderful week in this fantastic property. Beautifully decorated and carefully planned for maximum comfort it provided us with a home away from home right in the centre of the village with the huge bonus of designated parking right outside the door. The people from the village were very friendly and welcoming , eager to help with advice on places to go and things to do. Eating at the nearby Devonshire Arms was a bonus and a recommendation to visit The Old Schoolhouse Tea Shop in Hebden proved a wonderful introduction to a great host in Martyn de Montford and many return visits both on foot as part of a walk and by car.
We Really hope we can return one day.
Lovely cottage in beautiful area
Tucked Away Cottage is exactly that, a lovely cottage tucked away in the heart of Grassington. It's in a very quiet spot, with parking right outside and all the village amenities on the doorstep. The cottage is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We found it very warm and snug despite the freezing temperatures outside. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking when we wanted a night in and we also enjoyed meals out in the village. There was just 2 of us and we thought the cottage would have been slightly cramped for 4 adults. We would certainly stay here again if holidaying in the area.
Beautiful cottage and very comfortable furnishings throughout.Set in a very quiet spot.
We will definitely be returning again with family and friends.
Nothing negative to say about this property.Wish we could have stayed longer.
Brilliant. Lovely cottage in a beautiful location.
Property was very nicely presented. Clean, tidy & lovely and warm.
Cosy cottage, well furnished, in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay. Was a really nice cottage, with all the mod cons and lovely furnishings. In a great location with pubs, cafes and good walks. A real home away from home!
We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again for the recommendations
Immaculate cottage, perfect location! Super clean and comfy!
We have just returned from a fabulous stay at the cottage. Large parking space, well equipped kitchen, easy to use burner and very warm and cosy. We also loved the furniture which you can buy from the shop in the village (possibly owned by the cottage owners). Comfiest beds we’ve stayed in on holiday by far! Black Horse pub is your best bet for a nice meal. Foresters pub also friendly and good pub grub and open fire. Relish also great in the village for a sandwich and gorgeous homemade ready meals. Great for the kids. Jo the owner was also very responsive and helpful when answering any questions prior too and during our stay. We had a very memorable time.
