Watersedge Maisonette is located in the southern part of Malta, in Marsascala where there are several specialized fish and meat restaurant, bars, long promenade and leisure facilities. It is ideal for 1 or 2 week holiday breaks. Self drive cars can also be arranged. Cleaning can also be provided at an extra cost.

A spacious seafront apartment measuring approximately 165 m² enjoying unobstructed sea views throughout. One can relax in the balcony and enjoy the various sailing boats and cruise ships passing by. Sliema is a busy town located on a peninsula with views of Valletta and Floriana on one side and the open sea on the other. It is located fairly centrally on the Eastern side of Malta. It is a great place to shop, enjoy the cafe culture and eat out. There are many hotels and apartments to let for those who like to be self-catering. It is also the place to catch the ferry to Valletta, buses to many places and also boat trips round the harbours and round the island. It is within walking distance of St Julians and Paceville where you find the best night life of the island, more restaurants and other places of entertainment. You will find examples of some of the traditional Maltese town houses and terraced houses if you take a stroll through the town. Sliema is a perfect place from which to explore St Julians, the Marina in Msida and to take a bus trip to Valletta, the capital city of Malta.

Très bien situé Très bien équipé Très spacieux

L'appartement est très bien situé au 7ème étage d'un immeuble moderne avec une baie vitrée dans la pièce principale très spacieuse pour 2 familles et vue à couper le souffle sur la mer ! Nous avons occupé 1 semaine l'appartement n°15 à 2 familles soit 8 personnes (1 lit sup a été rajouté dans une des 2 chambres doubles très spacieuse mais possible de le rajouter dans la chambre des enfants). 2 salles de bains très spacieuses avec 2 WC. Les photos représentent avec exactitude l'appartement et ses équipements modernes. Juste le minimum pour cuisiner mais pas vraiment bloquant ! Bon point de départ pour visiter la Valette avec arrêt des bus juste en bas de l'immeuble même si souvent bondés... Tout est à portée de mains : supermarché, restaurants juste en face (dont le surfside) très bien, location de voiture Herz à 2 pas (seulement 30€ la journée !!!), promenade en bord de mer de part et d'autres très sympa, jeux enfants...

Accueil de la propriétaire très agréable avec le soutien et la disponibilité d'une agence. Merci Rosanne pour tout.

Bella vista ma poca pulizia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a febbraio con dei nostri amici.

L'appartamento è molto grande e luminoso con una bellissima vista sul mare e rispecchia le foto che sono pubblicate. Si trova difronte alla stazione dei pullman e nei dintorni ci sono molti bar e ristoranti.

La nota negativa è la pulizia che purtroppo lascia molto a desiderare. Un consiglio è di fornire l'appartamento di un altro asciugacapelli e di qualche prodotto in più per la pulizia.
