Lovehill Farm Barn is a newly converted barn, that is in immaculate condition. The entrance is through a split stable door which leads into a small hallway with hanging space for coats and bags, and an area for storing shoes. This then leads into the main downstairs room – a large, airy open-plan sitting room/kitchen with an open painted beamed ceiling. There is a large, comfortable 4 seater corner sofa and separate armchair from which you have the most beautiful views out over open fields towards the South Downs. Large glass French doors lead from the sitting room to a gravelled and grass outside area which is perfect for sitting out in. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a table which comfortably seats six. The kitchen/sitting room area has wooden floors throughout. Off the hallway is a family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet.
From the sitting room, a carpeted corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms. The first two are twin beds; both are light and airy and all have views out over the fields. The third bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Again this is a beautifully light room which views you won’t get tire of! A chest of drawers and wardrobe offer plenty of space for clothes.
There is ample parking space at the Barn.
Set in the heart of the South Downs National park and adjacent to Trotton/Iping Nature Reserve, the Barn is ideal for walkers, cyclists, riders and birdwatchers and is within easy reach of Cowdray Park Polo (4 miles) and 12 miles from Goodwood (Horse Racing, Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival). It is also ideal for visiting the local towns of Midhurst, Petersfield and Petworth and is easily accessible to either Petersfield or Haslemere train stations, with journeys to London Waterloo taking c. 50-60 minutes.
