Great location, with easy access to the tube.

We only left yesterday but I wanted to get this review in before I forgot. This is a great flat, comfortable, with such close access to Farringdon underground, and a responsive owner. The flat was clean and everything was as advertised. We’ve used HomeAway numerous times before and I’m always concerned about scams. No worry here. Irina was very responsive and checked up on us during our stay.

The next thing I highlight is how close to the tube the flat is. My wife and I stayed at a different flat during our last trip, and the 10-15 min walk from tube to flat every night sucked. This flat has a 3-5 min walk and it is glorious.

The area around the flat was nice and felt very safe. Lots of restaurants close by. There is a sports bar in the ground floor of the building but the noise didn’t bother us.

I definitely recommend the flat and we would stay here again.

Fantastic Flat

We stayed here with friends over a weekend in March. We loved it! Irina's flat is very well appointed and ideally located, steps from Farringdon Station to connect to any part of the city. While I am not overly familiar with this part of London, there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and dining options in the area. The flat itself is ideal for two couples or a small family to stay in. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to London. Highly recommended!!

Great location, spacious

Quick walk to the metro, and lots of food choices close! Loved having two full bathrooms since we had 2 couples staying. Perfect location to go back and recharge at between full days of sightseeing.

Perfect oasis near the center of London

Great location and perfectly furnished flat for both business travelers and small children. We were traveling with our 1-year old, and it was wonderful to have such a large space for him to run and play, and to be able to pop outside and have access to a wide range of restaurants and amenities within a few minutes walk. Irina (the host) was amazingly responsive, and even went out of her way to provide an infant cot for our stay. Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to returning!

An absolute delight

Had a lovely time at the flat. As listed, it is very spacious and has everything you can possibly need. Location was perfect, right in the center of London and a few minutes walk from a tube station. Lots of caffes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Host Irina was caring and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend it and would love to return :)

Wonderful flat close to everything you need

This is a wonderful flat close to everything you need restaurants shopes and the tube is literally less than 2 minutes away. Flat is decorated well. Quiet area and excellent water pressure. Well appointed. Great communication with the owner. Kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend this and will stay again.

Car: not necessary

Access from major airports (Heathrow and Gatwick) or from King's Cross / St Pancras train station is very easy.

The flat is very close to Farringdon tube station.

You can leave your luggage with the porter at anytime when you check-in or check-out. There is a porter 24/7.
