3. - Si bien el apartamento será como tu casa, las fiestas y reuniones sociales no están permitidas; como así también hacer ruidos después de las 21 horas hasta las 9hs. Nuestros vecinos no deben ser molestados en absoluto.
4.- Esperamos que dejes el apartamento en condiciones razonables. Por favor no dejes basura al final de la estadía. Para basura normal, y orgánica tiene contenedores grises al otro lado de la esquina, como también reciclaje (papel, vidrio y plástico).
5.- El apartamento es NO FUMADOR, no obstante puedes hacerlo en los balcones.
6.- Para evitar un gasto innecesario de energía; el planeta y nosotros te agradecemos apagues las luces, calefacción o Aire acondicionado si no estas en el apartamento.
7.- Recuerda siempre llevar la llave contigo, si la pierdes o la dejas dentro a la noche, tendremos que cobrarte la asistencia de emergencias y la llave.
