Beautiful restored Mill House surrounded by water and gardens. Near beach and PN
Recently restored flour mill, respecting its charm and cultural and historical heritage (both the acequia and the machinery of the mill, more than 3 centuries old, work perfectly) and endowing it with all the comforts.
The house is divided into two floors of 125m2 each and, especially the lower floor, is built on wide stone walls, which gives it a great thermal insulation and makes it very cool in summer.
The ground floor is distributed in fully equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, oven and new kitchen), large vaulted living room with chaiselounge sofa and chill area in front of the fireplace, hall and mill room, with all machinery completely restored. There are dining areas in the kitchen and, if required for a larger meal, in the foyer or outside on the patio.
From the room of the mill you can access by stairs to the upper floor, distributed in 3 bedrooms and bathroom: a study room with a beautiful desk and sofa bed, a very large suite of 30m2 with double bed and single bed and chill zone With a fireplace, and a room with two single beds and direct access to the bathroom, with bathtub and microcemento finish.
On the upper floor the old layout has been preserved, with no hallway, so the rooms are connected and must be crossed to access the bathroom (therefore the house is especially suitable for families).
All rooms have beautiful views of the garden and south facing and the whole is decorated in rustic style, warm and simple, with handcrafted furniture and Moroccan elements.
In front of the house you will find a large patio, with muddy brick floors and an arbor to spend in the shade on summer evenings.
At one end is a small waterfall, ideal for children to refresh themselves and which gives the patio freshness and the constant soft murmur of water.
It also has a barbecue and a huge old stone firewood oven, where you can make delicious pizzas or roasts.
Around the house there are 9.000m2 of gardens, with water flowing through the irrigation channel crossing the farm and multiple corners to discover: wooded areas of pines and olive trees, old stone hut, area of fruit trees with 50 orange trees, pear trees, Plums, pomegranates, vines, etc. There is also a lawn area to play or stretch and two seating areas with sun loungers and hammocks to read or take a nap in the shade: one on terraces under palm trees and another next to the ditch and the sound of running water

No hemos podido estar mejor
Molino Naranjo is located in the hamlet of Cucarrete, between the villages of Vejer de la Frontera and Benalup-Casas Viejas and a few kilometers from the beaches of the Costa de la Luz. This area has preserved a very high degree of conservation of the natural environment, far from the excessive urban development of the majority of Spanish coast. It is an ideal location to combine the beautiful beaches of the Costa de la Luz (Palmar, Conil, Caños de Meca, Zahora and Trafalgar Lighthouse, with all its services and tourist attractions at 20-25min, beaches of Bolonia and Tarifa to 45min) with the interior tourism (Natural Parks and forests and rivers of Los Alcornocales 15min and Sierra de Grazalema 1h 15min) and the White Villages of Cadiz (Vejer de la Frontera 15min, Medina-Sidonia 25min, Arcos de la Frontera 45min ). In addition our central location in the province allows one day excursions to the Bay of Cadiz and the Ports (not to miss the famous Carnival of Cadiz, every February), Jerez de la Frontera, etc. The area also has a wide range of restaurants and leisure facilities, concentrated on the coast, for those who want to combine the tranquility of the Mill Naranjo with a lively offer both day and night. The gastronomy is characterized by the variety and quality of the local products, among which stand out the vegetables of the vegetable garden and the beef of retinta, a very appreciated native breed. Special mention should be made of the local seafood cuisine, with its world-renowned Almadraba Tuna, salt and preserves and other high-quality seafood at good prices. Each month of May, Barbate, Conil and other fishing villages are full of gastronomic activities around the bluefin tuna fishing season. We also highlight the great offer of water sports that are practiced on our beaches, especially surfing, wind-surfing and kite-surfing, given that the winds and waves of the Straits of Gibraltar offer excellent conditions for their practice. In the nearby Embalse del Celemín (15min) you can rent kayaks and practice multiple adventure sports
