The living room is located on the right hand side as you enter the house and features a large sofa and an armchair facing the TV and fireplace, perfect for relaxing moments with friends and family. At the back of the room is a piano and a comfortable sofa by the large window overlooking the garden.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
On the lower ground floor is the bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Fully equipped with all the necessary utilities needed for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fitted with a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining table sits up to 10 people under the glass ceiling and with views of the garden through the large glass doors. A comfortable sitting area is set here, featuring a large sofa and an armchair facing the flat screen TV.
On the first floor is a bedroom fitted with a small double bed, plenty of bookshelves and a desk by the window.
This lovely bedroom is bright and nicely decorated and features a double bed, a fireplace and a wardrobe. The window looks over the garden.
On the second floor is a bedroom fitted with a bunk bed, sleeping 2 people. There is a sofa and a desk in this room as well.
This bedroom is located on the second floor and is fitted with a truckle bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. This room sleeps 2 people.
This bathroom is located on the first floor, offering a single wash basin, WC and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor is a bathroom fitted with a double wash basin, a bath tub and a separate walk-in shower.
This WC is located next to the bathroom, on the second floor.
The utility room is located on the lower ground floor and is fitted with a washing machine and separate dryer.
You can access the private garden from the kitchen’s back doors and enjoy relaxing moments on a warm day. The space is nicely decorated with plants and flowers and is fitted with a table, chairs, a tennis table, a basketball hoop and a swing.
