This luxury self catering three/four bedroom holiday apartment has a wealth of original features set over two floors. Accomodation comprises main reception room, two kitchens, three bedrooms and lower ground reception room/fourth bedroom, three bathrooms, utility room. Outside there is a garden with a glass canopy, bbq and pizza oven, and for golf enthusiasts a replica Road Hole Bunker to practice your bunker shots.

This was our second stay at 12 Howard Place and it was a great as it was the first time! June and her people are very helpful and deliver a first rate property in a great location every time. When you arrive Tom meets you to give you a full overview of the flat. He walks you through every room and demonstrates and explains everything in detail from working the fireplace to the TV system. They have their own "Old Tom" (no disrespect to Tom!)! The location is unbeatable. It is located on a quiet street with ample parking and has a lovely garden that fronts the property. You could play the first hole on the Old Course as a par five as you are about a driver away from the first tee! Right around the corner (about a 3-4 block walk) is the Dunvegan and the 1st tee/18th green of the Old Course! The accomodations are top notch. Two kitchens, two great room/lounges, spacious outdoor area (which we always take advantage of), replica road hole bunker (you have to hit at least one out of it!), beautifully appointed bedrooms, luxurious tiled bathrooms with high end showers, and space enough for people to gather together or find their own quiet niche. June provides all the service you can ask for and will work together with you to insure that you have the most wonderful time and stay. Highly recommend this property to family groups and golfers. Proximity to the Old Course, the Jigger Inn, the Dunvegan and all of St. Andrews cannot be overlooked. Thanks again, June, for a great place to stay and absorb the St. Andrews experience.
This apartment property is outstanding. Stayed here with 2 other couples for a week and we hope to return in the near future. It is a great property with all the amenities of being home. I can't say enough good about is property and its owners/managers. There was literally no thoughtful detail overlooked -- from the linens, towels (warmed!), beds (one of the best I've ever slept in) to the furnishings and bathroom goodies -- everything was spot on. We were given a warm welcome and such a complete book on how everything worked that there were literally no unanswered questions. In our opinion, this property sets the standard for homes away from home!
This flat is simply amazing made our stay with family and friends totally magical. The flat had everything you could think of and then some. Perfect for entertaining and hosting parties. The main kitchen is a chef's dream and the back garden is something out of a fairy tale. A thoroughly enjoyed stay!
This apartment could not be any better. Quiet street while still being a short walk from the Old Course, the Jigger Inn, and the Dunvegan!! High end furnishings, space galore, beautiful outdoor space and the replica road hole bunker!! What a great experience! I recommend this proerty to families as well as golfers!! The apartment can easily acommodate 8 golfers of the male variety while being appropriate for 3 or 4 couples (which was our case). Just the best!!
June & Colin made our visit to St. Andrews truly wonderful! The home is beautiful with room for many on two different levels for lots of privacy. The kitchens and living areas were great and the backyard terrace and putting hole made it even more fun. They have thought of everything in case you forgot anything! Highly recommend - great location two blocks from shops and restaurants and a few blocks from golf too. Thank you!

Once you have contacted us by e-mail, we will let you know about the availability of 12 Howard Place and we will make a provisional booking which we will hold for seven days. We will ask you to complete a booking form and return it to us with your deposit of 20% of the total rental. On receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your booking and any information that will help you make the most of your stay.
The balance of your rental, and a returnable security deposit of £100 to cover damage and excess cleaning, should be paid eight weeks prior to arrival.
