Absolutely stunning, spacious and superbly well located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment right on the Paseo Maritime (the board walk) in central Marbella.

Just a few meters from the Venus Beach and Playa Fontanilla, undoubtedly two of the best beaches on Marbella's prestigious board walk. Here you can chill out and relax or take part of the many water activities.

To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the port and old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and to the west is the world famous Marbella Club with Puerto Banús beyond .

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody!

There are three different supermarkets within three-ten minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

There is a superbly equipped open kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is comfortable with double doors that lead to a private south west facing terrace/balcony with recliner chairs for sun bathing and outdoor dining table and chairs.

The balcony is perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set.

The property has free WIFI with unlimited downloads. As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is a brand new air-conditioning with 4 separate climate zones for comfort.

The property is managed by a local manager on behalf of the owners whose aim is to ensure that guests have the most perfect holiday.

If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers, a cot, high chair, folded extra bed etc then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday unforgettable!

This condo provides a great location to walk to anything and everything you need! If you are renting a car, the garage is low on clearance so check before you rent. We really enjoyed the food and shops on the beach and made friends with the staff in the restaurant below the condo. Things that we would have found helpful - bring/buy your own soap and beach towels (we bought ours at the local store).

we spent 13 days in this appartement, the house is well situated and has a superb view but that basically it.

it's not well furnished at all, the living room has an outdoor furniture with a sofa for 2 people though the house is supposed to be for 6. the mattresses of the two rooms are horrible. my kids end up sleeping on the floor.

overall the rent price was too high for what it is . we coudl've rented much better with less.

The location and view is top class in this newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath apartment. No car needed. The best beach is just in front of the building, the harbor 5 min walk away and also old town and orange square less than 10 min walk away. Everything close but still very quiet. No noisy bars etc.
