Recently refurbished bungalow with one double and one twin bedroom. Modern shower room with walk in shower. Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Outdoor dining area and small private garden. Television and wireless broadband. Central heating. The property is in a quiet area of Inverness about a mile from the city centre. Nearby is Craig Phadraig fort and walks along the canal. Parking for two cars in the driveway. Outdoor dining area with small garden which is a sun trap in the summer.

Ideal place to relax before starting or at the end of a route 500 drive.

A good place to stay near Inverness

The flat is a fine place to use as a base for exploring the Highlands. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It’s located near a bus stop that allows easy access to Inverness, which is a lovely town. It’s close Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle to the south and Culloden and Clava Cairns to the east.

Great "home away from home" in a quiet suburb

A clean modern bungalow with view of Inverness City Centre and Inverness Castle. Full kitchen and cooking facilities to make a meal or two, or many. Loved to have the washing machine to do some laundry. Good wifi system. Comfy beds. One double room and one twin room. Located in the quiet suburb. Great for a family/group of 4 with own vehicle. Huge driveway of two vehicles so parking is no problem. 5 min drive to the city centre. Or taking the bus is another option, 3 mins walk to the bus stop. Avoid driving in the city during rush hours. I would recommend this bungalow to other travellers. If you want a home away from home without the hustle and bustle of the city centre, this is a good place to stay.

Schön gelegener Bungalow in einer ruhigen Gegend

Der Bungalow liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Parken kann man direkt am Bungalow. Das Auto braucht man nicht unbedingt, das Stadtzentrum ist nur ca. zwei Kilometer entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, inklusiver einer sehr modernen Küche mit allen Geräten. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen.

The north end of Loch Ness is 10km from the house. There are lots of scenic areas around Loch Ness and boat trips are available from several locations on the loch. The house is near to the beginning of the Great Glen Way and convenient for several forest walks. The caledonian canal is a short walk away and by car the house is only about 5 minutes from the centre of Inverness. There are also regular buses.
