Large traditional Spanish style villa in Javea, perfectly located on the slope of the Montgó in a quiet location just minutes by car from the old town, the Port, the Arenal beach and Mediterranean sea – an absolutely perfect place to enjoy a family holiday

Spread over two levels, this charming south facing villa has a stunning open aspect across the valley to the distant mountains, yet close to multinational restaurants, bars and shops.

The main floor comprises: large sunroom, spacious living room, a formal dining room with external door to a beautiful Andalusian courtyard with access to the large, modern fitted kitchen, with direct access to the 10 x 5.5m pool, terrace and BBQ.

The villa is beautifully presented on two floors with 4 double bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite. A laundry room is on the lower ground floor. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans in all rooms.

In complete privacy, the outside dining and spacious sun bathing terraces overlook the pool and includes a large round dining table with seating for 8, ideal for alfresco dining.

                                                Beautiful position, lovely well appointed villa. Home from home.

                                                Beautiful position with far reaching views over the local area. The villa was really well appointed so had everything we could ever need on our holiday. Lots of lovely seating areas throughout the property and plenty of welcome shade for the car and eating areas - essential in August! The pool was lovely and well used by our two boys in particular. The owner was on hand to greet us and answer any questions and a comprehensive set of welcome notes and instructions was also left - as was a lovely welcome of food basics and some wine. All in all a marvellous stay in a lovely location.

                                                We thorough enjoyed our stay in this very lovely Villa, which is attractively furnished and well equipped. Every home comfort was provided for, I especially liked the outside dining area and the fact it is not overlooked by neighbours, it was all very private. Everyone enjoyed the the pool!

                                                The location is perfect - very quiet and peaceful - yet within a few minutes drive I could reach the Old Town Centre and then the Port.

                                                I would throughly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting home from home comforts with a little bit of luxury.

                                                We will most definitely be back!
