"Umbria in suitcase", totally renovated, is part of the walls of the ancient Castle of Brufa, a village of a few hundred inhabitants, which, from its 300 meters above sea level, overlooks Perugia and Assisi, along the Wine and Art Route. The organization of the spaces of the apartment is functional and pleasant. In the large living area there is a characteristic equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a low sofa bed for two and a chaise-longue. There is a large double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, which can be split into two single beds, and a bright bathroom with a shower. The characteristic furniture, brought back to life by us in shabby-chic rustic style, make the rooms warm and welcoming and enrich the stimulating uniqueness of the panoramic view of Assisi; the finishes are handmade.
We have created a unique and special environment that will make your stay unforgettable because "every trip you experience it three times: when you dream it, when you live it and when you remember it" !!!!
Set in the sinuous Umbrian hills, the town of Brufa is a small piece of the richest mosaic of the most ancient Umbria, the one that was inhabited by the Umbrians, the Etruscans and the Romans; for its geographical location, it is a strategic starting point to visit the most important places of cultural and naturalistic interest of the Region. It is reached after two kilometers of winding road that climbs through green forests, olive groves and fine vineyards with bright colors. A sign warns the visitor that the enchanted natural scenery he is going through is an open-air museum where about thirty sculptures by contemporary artists, in a mixture of materials and styles, involve the streets, the town squares and the surrounding hills, popping up everywhere .
