Front line apartment overlooking the Costa Blanca`s most sought after marina.
Sunny two bedroom, two bathroom air conditioned front line second floor apartment with superb balcony and bedroom views over the marina, Nautical Club and adjacent pool. Puerta Deportiva Luis Campomanes is a well established marina with its own restaurants, cafes, nautical club, diving school, beach and many other activities and facilities. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard and can comfortably sleep four with an additional slide under fully sprung mattress for an occasional guest if necessary. Facilities include free WI FI fibre optic TV with wide selection of English channels, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, dining table and balcony dining seating four comfortably. Whilst the front balcony and master bedroom overlook the boats, the rear of the property looks onto the large well maintained swimming pool and gardens. To the side of the main swimming pool is a children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels and a beach bag are also provided.

What a find!
Lovely property in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of bigger resorts.
Spacious and well equipped property with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Towels and beach towels provided - always a bonus if you're short on luggage space.
Stunning views from the sunny balcony across the marina - ideal for sitting and watching the world go by. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants nearby. You don't really need to leave this lovely little place but there's plenty to see and do just a short drive away.
It's worth hiring a car to explore the local sights and sounds but if you just want a few days peace and quiet - stay put. There's a pool for guests to enjoy plus a couple of beaches just a short stroll away.

Lovely apartment, stunning view
What a lovely apartment in a stunning location. We hadn't stayed before and didn't know the area but it really was lovely. The marina itself is very upmarket with some nice bars and restaurants (ideal for seafood) - all within a few minutes walk. A car is essential as there isn't a shop on the marina, but the supermarket is a very short drive away. Altea old town is beautiful and Calpe is also a short drive away. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need. Sue, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with.
Well equipped and convenient
This was our second stay in the apartment. Lovely position overlooking the marina. Watching the boats coming and going from the balcony was a lovely way to have breakfast. A range of bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is very well equipped (wish I'd taken my ipod for the ipod dock) , clean and comfortable. Weather was very hot so air conditioning was great. Susan was a joy to deal with when booking the holiday. Hopefully we will return soon. Highly recommended.
Location, Location, Location!
We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is as described, with everything you could possible need and more!. The balconys a great place for breakfast in the morning sun as the Marina comes to life. The pool and gardens are immaculate with sun all day.Marina restaurants offer good varied food. Car a must. Local area, worth exploring, especially Altea. Our booking was at extremely short notice , Susan couldn't have been more helpful. Highly Recommended

Lovely place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Good views from the balcony of both Marina and sea. Very well kept gardens and beautiful pool at the rear of the property. Would definitely recommend it for a peaceful , but also interesting place to stay.
The marina with shingle beaches is located ten minutes drive (or cruise!) from the beautiful old town of Altea. With it's blue domed Church, narrow cobbled streets that hide boutiques, bars and restaurants ranging from pizzerias to gourmet restaurants this is truly an unspoilt gem on the Costa Blanca. Ten minutes drive in the other direction takes you to the popular resort of Calpe with its long sandy beaches and an abundance of shops and bars. Only 45 minutes from Alicante, this area has many attractions ranging from golf, fishing, yachting, tennis, diving and, of course, relaxing and enjoying the fantastic climate! For those that like nightlong entertainment, family theme and water parks there is Benidorm half an hour down the coast. The apartment is also well located for visiting Spain's number three city of Valencia, previous host to the Americas Cup. Four and a half hours down the motorway is the ski resort of Sierra Nevada.

Additional information about rental rates
25% initial deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance being payable not less than 6 weeks before the commencement of the rental period. Final cleaning after departure is included in the rental. Any additional cleaning that may be required during the rental period should be arranged locally at an approximate cost of 50 Euros.
