Slender and spacious, in a nineteenth-century building, with 155 square meters (square meters) the house offers every comfort you need. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms; one of which is French and one Italian, both equipped with a shower stall; a state-of-the-art kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A large connecting room with one of the bedrooms and a balcony with a view of the Fori Imperiali.
It is located on one of the main streets of the city and with this you are close to any means of communication such as: -Metro Cavour; -metro Colosseum; Termini station and Piazza Venezia for various buses, trams and taxis.
The house is located in the renowned district of the Monti district, which at the time torn by fascism still preserves the artistic and cultural variety that has always characterized it. A great tourist destination for families and teenagers, due to the particularity of houses and dwellings, narrow streets, artisan shops and small shops seem to preserve the characteristics of nineteenth-century Rome. The area, full of taverns, bars and various places, gravitates on the little square of the Madonna dei Monti, near the homonymous church still professing. One of the Rioni It is the first district of Rome but its charm lies above all in its history: the name "Monti" derives from the particular geographical location of the neighborhood, built right on the edge of 3 hills of Rome. In the past the area was defined by the term "li 'monti", precisely because it is located between the Esquilino hill, the Viminale and the Quirinale (also a part of the Celio, if we want to say it all). For this reason the emblem of the district consists of three green mountains on a silver background.
Rione Monti is a district of atmospheres and small spaces, there are big and small things not to be missed, such as the narrow picturesque streets, or the major main roads such as Via Nazionale or Via Cavour which, despite being very congested traffic arteries, are two among the most beautiful streets of Rome.
The Museo dei Fori Imperiali, in Via IV Novembre 94, is one of these.
The museum is one of the most beautiful and interesting in Rome, a real surprise that you do not expect. The museum site is located on the ancient and spectacular Roman Forums; once you enter the museum you will be catapulted into Imperial Rome and you will learn about the history of 3 of the 4 forums in Rome, those of Trajan, Augustus and Nerva. Admission costs € 14 full and € 12 reduced but, trust me, there are a lot of discounts and offers and then pay full price is virtually impossible (I, showing the metro subscription and saying to live in Rome I have paid only € 10 and for such a price it would be an insult to the culture not to take advantage of it).
The history of the Imperial Forums is really interesting; once inside, I suggest you enter the Amphora Room, where dozens of amphorae dating back to the Republican and Imperial era are kept. Inside the room you can breathe the smell of time and wine, very beautiful! Also the Tower of the Militia is worth a visit. It is located outside the complex and is a building that stands out in a domineering way on the profile of the district. Finally, walks along the Via Biberatica, an ancient road artery that passed over the forum and overlooked shops and shops. Walking on this causeway of basoli is equivalent to going back to Roman times, an emotion that can only be experienced in a few places in Rome

Best location in Roma!!!
We visited Roma for one week with 7 persons!
And it was great!
Lorenzo and Carlotte were very friendly and had lot of tips for us!
The flat has the best location in Roma near Colosseum, Capitol, Trevi Fountains, Forum Romanum... We visited all attractions by foot. Roma is very nice at night. The flat was very clean, with very nice furniture and a balcony with beautiful view. We had a supermarket and a lot of shops and restaurants on our street. We will reccomend this flat to all our friends and relatives, if they will visit Roma!
Thank you Lorenzo and Carlotta!!!
