The Space:

The Denver Highlands Haven is perfect for business professionals, couples, singles or families visiting the area. Accommodates 2-4 people comfortably with two complete bedrooms. Flexible & automated check-in. I live on-site and am available for questions. This a non-smoking unit, however 420 is ok on backyard patio. Grill available.

Guest Access

Enjoy 950sf of living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dinning room, full kitchen and laundry. The rear patio is also available to enjoy, along with a gas BBQ.

This is a very spacious 950sf 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, fully furnished living unit with central AC. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of dishes, pots, pans, dishwasher, refrigerator. You'll have full privacy in this living unit. This unit is professionally cleaned on a regular basis and the natural daylight is fantastic. Super convenient to the Lower Highlands, Highland Square, Mile High / Broncos Stadium. A short 5 minute UBER or taxi ride gets you to downtown Denver, Union Station and the DCPA.

This unit is the upper level unit of an Up/Down duplex. I live on site in the lower level unit. I'm very quiet and am typically on the go for work and other activities.

Excellent! Very welcoming.

We stayed in Highlands Haven while visiting family who live in the neighborhood. The location was perfect for us and we were delighted to meet Sean. He is very personable, but not at all intrusive. He wants his guests to enjoy their stay in his home.

The duplex is immaculate. Everything is just as pictured, however, what you don't see are the extra touches Sean has added to make you feel at home. The tea, coffee, spices, detergent, paper and bath products are all there, as well as extra linens for the bedrooms. The AC cools the rooms quickly, so it's fine to turn it off when away from the house.

Sean was unaware of a problem with the coffee maker, but appreciated being told and replaced it immediately with a new one. He takes pride in the rental and it shows inside as well as with his well maintained yard.

If you enjoy a good walk, it's about twenty minutes to Sloan Lake and a hour around it. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood, and Safeway is a short walk from the duplex. The Denver Museum of Nature and The Denver Art Museum are worth a visit, and it's a short drive to Golden or Red Rocks.

Very comfortable and private with everything you need.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished with all the comforts of home. It was also very clean, parking on the street was easy, and we spent some time in the backyard with the grill. We met Sean who was very cordial but never intruded. I would recommend and stay again.
