Luxury apartment in the first line of the beach in Marbella city center. Modern fully renovated in 2018. Located on Marbella beachfront, with direct access to the beach and really close to the Old Town (only 5 minutes walking).

The building has 2 pools, one is on the ground floor and another on the rooftop with amazing 360º views to the beach and the mountains behind Marbella.

Perfect for family vacations, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sea view living room and terrace and private parking included!

Our 90sqm roomy apartment is well equipped in a luxury building with marble floors. You can rest and sleep camly, hearing the sea. Stay in WIFI with your family, wash your clothes, cook your favorite dish and live like a local in Marbella.

And, for sure, enjoy the beach, the pools, stroll along the promenade, outside dining and feel the Old Town atmosphere around the lovely Plaza de Naranjos ...

Parking will not be a problem because we provide private parking for our guests' car (let us know to check its availability). Just come to Marbella, park, take the elevator and welcome home!

We can also pick you up from Malaga airport (ask in advance).

Services provided: beach & bath towels, bedding, 2 rooms, 4 beds (up to 5 guests), 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, kitchen, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ( not dryer), 2 bathrooms, hair-dryer, TV, free and unlimited WIFI, etc.

Common areas: 2 communal pools (ground floor and rooftop) with, cloth drying area. There is a convenient children playground near the building (1 minute from the main door).

After the check in you will be in the apartment by yourself, but we will be happy if you need any help or advice during your stay. We will be happy to give you local advices!

Great location but no air conditioning.

Great location. Beach front and walking distance to Old Town Marbella.

Juan and Mar were very nice. They met us and took their time explaining all we needed to know about staying at the condo, including the underground parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants, food markets, and Plaza del Naranjo. I missed the fact that there is no A/C in the listing, so we were a little hot in the afternoons. Sleeping was OK with fans, but A/C would have been a lot better. No A/C is the only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating.

Car: not necessary

Just park your car and enjoy everything on foot:

- Rent a bike store and bus stop within 50 meters (buses to Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, etc..)

- Supermarket (open 8 am-2am) at 100 meters.

- Coffee, bakery, fruit and vegetable stores nearby.

- 24 hours emergency service (Clinica Ochoa is in the ground floor).

- Marbella promenade.

- Marbella Old Town.

- Marbella Sports Port.

- Beautiful Parks.

- Historical places.

- Excellent dining and wining.

- Shopping.

The apartment can be reached in 40 minutes by the highway from Malaga International airport. We offer transfer from / to the airport.

You do not need a car to visit Marbella city, so just park your car and explore the everything on foot, take a taxi or use the public bus (stop in 50 meters) to visit another cities (Fuengirola, Mijas, Puerto Banus. ..)
