Beautifully maintained spacious apartment ideally situated in the delightful traditional Spanish village of Jesus Pobre, backing on to the Montgo National Park and only a short drive from Javea/Denia. Furnished to a high standard, this luxury apartment is fully air con/heated and offers total comfort. Lounge/Dining area with CD, DVD player and TV (UK Free Satellite leads on to balcony (great for al fresco dining). Fully equipped separate kitchen, with granite worktops, breakfast bar ,oven, hob, micro, dishwasher, wash/dryer machine, fridge/ freezer, also offers access to balcony. The lower floor bedrooms, double + twin have fitted wardrobes and bathroom facility. Feature beech spiral staircase to master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Access from Master to large roof terrace (sun trap) with beds and enviable views across valley and mountains. For your enjoyment, extremely well maintained communal pool, with showers/toilets, garden areas, seating and a safe play area for small children.

Holiday in Jesus Pobre, relax and enjoy the delights of a traditional pretty Spanish village. Very close to the Town of Javea, where you can enjoy the Arenal (sandy beaches), bustling fishing port and historical old town, full of Spanish culture. All three areas offer a wide selection of restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and the countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves.

You are in easy reach of Benidorm which includes Mundoma Marine animal park, Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura fun park and the famous 'Benidorm Palace' dinner and exotic shows.

Over 3,000 hours of sun per year. Summer temperatures can reach 40 and winter temperatures rarely drop below 10. This makes for an all year round ideal holiday location.

Sometimes all you want to do is relax on the terrace or by the pool and then be able to walk to a local restaurant/bar in the evening. Alternatively, after an active day out there is nothing better than taking a short stroll in the evening to a local Spanish restaurant/bar. Jesus Pobre allows you to do this and you will find that all the local restaurants are not only welcoming, but also not overpriced and very child friendly. A great alternative!

Also, there is a very small local Thursday market in

village - amazing veg, fresh fruit and meats for those who wish to spend an evening at home relaxing and sitting peacefully on balcony overlooking the valley (for al fresco dining). There is also a Sunday market in the village and once a month, an antique market.

There is also a lovely Church in the village, well worth a look and everyone is welcome.

JESUS POBRE: There are a few small Spanish villages that have never lost the charm of sparsely populated areas and have preserved their own personality and unique characteristics and Jesus Pobre is one such village. Lying inland between the towns of Javes and Denia and Gata de Gorgos next to the impressive Montgo mountain, this pretty village is a haven of peace and tranquility. Its history is evident in the ruins of the 18th century grain mills and the culture of its vines. Olives and moscatel grapes are harvested traditionally and one of the village's main fiestas, del Cabrerot is held around October once the grape harvest is over.

Tim and Tim have have been happily together for thirty years and have been coming to this area of Spain for twenty years. We both love Spain for its colour and its spectacle, the Spanish are friendly people and love life especially at fiesta times. We both moved full time to Spain in August 2016 and now what to share Spain with you by offering you our lovely apartment.

Jesus Pobre, is such a favourite to us both as it surrounded by stunning scenery and smashing restaurants for those of you who love to eat and drink.

Peaceful,Tranquil,Relaxing, Comfortable:)

Myself partner and Daughter.

Stayed for 10 days at Tim and Tim's amazing apartment. To be honest we was expecting the usual accommodation but on arrival was very pleased indeed, They had thought of everything Its just like walking into your own home! I stopped on the way at a supermarket for the bits and bobs like salt pepper oil vinegar plus bathroom supplies like shampoo shower gel etc even washing liquids. But it was all there!!. Inside is very spacious the pictures do it no justice at all. The lounge is well appointed with all you would need to keep you occupied for the stay including great DVDs if you have our taste that is. to the front of the apartment on the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobes for your stay. Going upstairs the spiral staircase leads you to the master bedroom with en suite and the amazing balcony with a breathtaking view of Montgo mountain and the local market place, where every Sunday the village comes alive with people travelling from near and far to buy fresh produce and crafts you can have a beer and food too!

A hire car I would say is essential and they are so cheap.

We had a great time and the aircon was such a bonus being as it was so hot in August reaching 40 degrees some days.

Would definitively recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

Stunning penthouse apartment in beautiful quiet location

We Stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we found the apartment to be perfect for all our needs with every home comfort included, the most comfy beds we have ever had away from home, good air con throughout and fully fitted out kitchen for cooking, the village itself has everything you need some lovely bars, bank, pharmacy etc. Owners were lovely and responded to email enquiries very quickly, we wouldn't hesitate in returning for another visit.

What a wonderful place!!!!

We are a family of 5 and this apartment was excellent! Lots of space, great pool, beautiful views and close to anything you could want, beaches, restaurants, shops, water park, shopping Centre...

I would recommend this place to anyone, families (although more suited to older children due to stairs), couples, groups...super place!

Hosts are lovely and very thorough and helpful. Lots of info about surrounding area in apartment.

Jesus pobre, we miss you already!!!!!

Great penthouse in a fantastic location.

A lovely house, comfortable with modern tastefull decor and very well equipped. There are two terraces with great views for dining or just appreciating the location. We especially appreciated the lovely candle holders and candles - a really nice touch.

The communal pool is fantastic, really clean and not at all over crowded.

Jesus Pobre offers great restaurants, a beautiful church and during our stay there was a lively Sunday market and a music festival. Further a field Javea is only 15 mins by car and has great beaches and restaurants.

We would definitely stay again!
