Full privacy, no sight of neighbors. 4 km from Calpe, 7 km from Moraira and 23 km from Benidorm. At 70 km from Alicante airport, 117 km from Valencia. Beautiful old towns nearby: Javea, Altea, Denia, beautiful nature inland. Supermarkets (Mas y Mas. Pepe la Sal, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, ...), shops, restaurants nearby. 1 km from beach.

In the living room is a fireplace.

The naya can be fully opened by large windows, with views of the tropical garden and the swimming pool and mountains. The naya also has a large long wooden dining table with six chairs. The house is surrounded by an open terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. They can also be covered with sun sails.

Downstairs there are three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a large double bed. A third bedroom has 2 single beds next to each other. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, each with its own toilet. Two bathrooms have washbasins and showers, Master Bedroom has 2 wash basins, shower and large tub. Each bedroom is also provided with large dressings. Two bedrooms are also equipped with a lounge with table and chairs. The bedroom windows can be closed by shutters. Windows are also fitted with mosquito screens.

There is a washing machine available in a separate laundry room. Outside is a big grinder where you can dry the laundry.

There is a large wooden garden house in the garden that contain loungers and chairs and tables and possible storage space. Also there are 3 laundry lines where you can dry the laundry.

There is an outside barbecue. Around the house and in the garden there are several terraces where you can sit or eat. Near the swimming pool there is also an arbor with a large dining table that can be covered completely by a sail.

The house is perfectly insulated with double windows and very thick walls. That's why it's very cool. If necessary, ceiling fans can be used. They are provided in most areas. In addition, multiple windows can be closed by shutters. Curtains are also available.

Every week the poolman comes to maintain the pool. The garden is also maintained on a weekly basis by a professional.

Downholstery and pillowcases and towels are provided. If you want refreshment of sheets and towels and extra cleaning during your stay, this may be subject to a surcharge. If you prefer, you can use the washing machine

The villa can be fully enclosed with a metal garage door. There are 3 car parking spaces behind the garage door. Because the villa is located in a dead end street, you are absolutely not affected by car traffic. Also few neighbors in the area. Absolutely no view in the garden and house, so complete privacy!

For people who come in winter, in the living room is a fireplace and in all areas is central heating on gas.

We bought this property because we love the Costa Blanca. It has an excellent climate both in summer and winter. Benissa is centrally located between Alicante and Valencia, two beautiful cities to visit. Nearby are several cities worth a visit: Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm. Beautiful scenery, beautiful views. Life is cheaper than in many other European countries. There are wonderful restaurants where you can eat excellent for low prices. The locals are very friendly and helpful. There are also many European citizens who have a home there.

What makes this villa unique

We fell in love with this property because he responds to the perfect holiday home, while maintaining the authenticity of Spain. Especially the peace and privacy were a plus. The Villa is located in a dead end street with absolutely no sight of the neighbors. Nobody can look into the garden. So you can enjoy perfect privacy. There are terraces around the house, so you can move with sun or shade. The living room and kitchen are spacious. This can also be said of the three bedrooms. The nice thing about the bedrooms is that they are very spacious, have a private lounge area and each have their own bathroom and toilet so it's nice to spend your holidays there with friends and yet enjoy some privacy when you want to be alone sometimes . Each bedroom is provided with very large dressings. . There is also a 'Naya' around the house, a kind of covered terrace with beautiful panoramic views. The pool is also beautiful, in mosaic, and has a handrail on the stairs that gives access to the swimming pool, so easily accessible to young children or for those who are less mobile. In the garden is a very large wooden garden house. There are three laundry lines, as well as tables and chairs for outdoor use. This garden house can also be used to store personal items. See picture. The villa is very quiet but yet close to supermarkets, restaurants and beach.

Beautiful villa in an ideal location

We stayed here in August 2017 (family of 5) and absolutely loved it. Beautiful, clean and comfortable villa that has everything you need and feels like a well-cared for home which adds to the experience. The pool area is perfect for lazing around, reading, eating, relaxing etc.. and has lovely shady spots if you like being outside but not in direct sunlight (of course there are also sunny areas if you prefer). The mature garden adds to the feeling of privacy and exclusivity - you really get the impression that there's nobody else around. We could not fault this villa, it was exactly what we were after.

We found the location perfect for our needs with a wide choice of restaurants, supermarkets, beaches etc. a short drive away. The nearest beach with a nice open-air bar and a restaurant is a short walk down the hill (be sure to cut through the woods!) and from there you can walk along the coastal path all the way to Calpe or just find a good spot to snorkel.

It's worth visiting Fuentes del Algar (Algar Waterfalls) which is approx. 35 minutes’ drive away, and if you fancy some go-carting we highly recommend Karting Vives towards Denia which costs about half the price of the one near Moraira. Walking up Calpe's Peñón de Ifach (the big rock) is also worth doing but be aware that children are only allowed half-way up before it's considered too dangerous.

The more time we spent in the Costa Blanca the more we discovered how much there is to do, and it was great coming back to this villa every day. Highly recommended.

Spacious secluded villa in a good area with a lovely pool

We had a great time staying in La Fustera. The villa itself is large and well appointed with an excellent master bedroom opening straight out to the pool (as do all the other bedrooms). The pool is the highlight of the villa - great for young children because of the steps, lovely temperature, good for swimming or just relaxing! The location is great for La Fustera beach (recommend the Mandela restaurant but book ahead!) and access to Calpe / Moraira - we particularly recommend El Portet beach in Moraira which is beautiful and great for swimming as it is protected by a bay. The owners of the villa were always helpful and quick to respond to all our queries prior to / during the booking and the villa formed a good base for a great holiday.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the nice comment. In October we will also install airco, so we have than the big fans and airco for summers and the fireplace and central heating in wintertime. We ourselves adore also the very cosy and big living room. I truly believe that this is much more than a holiday villa but a real house for all our guests.

Beau jardin exotique autour de la piscine. Bonne orientation du soleil. Le mobilier et l'électroménager sont complets. Commerces et plages à proximité. Des vacances parfaites !!! Attention aux moustiques !
