We wanted a property close to downtown, the beaches and the marina where we spend most of our summer. The KVR trail is close for easy walks or mountain bike rides to virtually anywhere in town without having to ride on a road.

Walk or ride a mountain bike downtown or to the village of Naramata and stop in at as many wineries for tasting as you like.

Perfect for family
This home was exactly as advertised in the photos! It was easy to find, conveniently located near Main St, Okanagan Lake and just a short drive to all the wonderful wineries nearby. Stacy was easy to communicate with. She left us a bottle of welcome wine which was a very nice touch. There were so many little amenities around the house that also came in handy with 3 couples and a baby (e.g. laundry pods, fully stocked kitchen, fans in every bedroom, etc.) The place was very well decorated and clean. Couldn't ask for a better rental and would most definitely stay again if Stacy would have us =)
Great Penticton Duplex
We enjoyed a fantastic 3 days in Penticton staying here, in a beautiful modern space with plenty of room and amenities. Close to downtown and the beach, we will definitely recommend to others!

Owner was very helpful and reachable. The property was neat and had all that we needed.
This brand new modern quality built townhouse. Located 2 blocks away,from the Penticton Marina and the Okanagan Lake. With walkways, bike paths, boat and other water sport rentals, a channel for floating on tubes, an adventure park with mini golf, tennis, the community centre, downtown restaurants and other amenities including the South Okanagan Event Centre. Spas, Yoga, Cannery Brewing Co and Mile Zero Wine Bar and a brand new movie theatre complex all just a few blocks away. The Penticton Golf and Country club is also a short distance away. The Penticton Farmer's market is a great event each Saturday including all sorts of entertainment, food and shopping opportunities. Close by numerous wineries in and around the Naramata Bench, the KVR trail, rock climbing and other sight-seeing opportunities exist.
This unit is very bright, fully furnished, modern and has high quality finishing. With an outside deck with bbq and patio set.
