About Audra Lopez
I have been married to my husband for 21 years and together we have three awesome children. Our daughter is 20, and our boys are 15 and 13. I grew up in Albuquerque and my husband grew up about 3 hours south of here in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Once we were married in 1998, we moved around a bit including, Santa Cruz, CA, Tucson, AZ and El Paso, TX. We finally made our way home again to Albuquerque. We rented for a year and during that time we spent our weeks driving sleeping babies around while we scouted out the areas of town that loved the most.
Audra Lopez purchased this House in 2005
Why Audra Lopez chose Taylor Ranch
We purchased this house in 2005 and a week after closing we found out we were expecting our third child! We called this house home until 2012 when we decided to try something new. However, we loved the area so much we moved about 5 minutes away! Why this property? I am literally recommending my home and though we moved we couldn't let the property go because we truly loved this house so much! We felt like this house would make the perfect "home away from home" for visitors to the Land of Enchantment!
What makes this House unique
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The one thing people always tell us when they mention this home is how its in the perfect location! Albuquerque is build on a grid between the beautiful Sandia mountains the Rio Grande river. There are 4 main bridges across the Rio Grande which connect the East and West side and Montaño Street is one of the main bridges. This home is located right off of Montaño Street and Coors Blvd which is another main road in Albuquerque which runs parallel to the river and connects the west side all the way to I-40 which is only 10 minutes from our intersection! A block off our location are several restaurants, a gym, STARBUCKS, gas station, grocery stores, banks, credit unions, and I could go on and on! You will have to visit to get the full benefit hopefully you'll love it and your future reviews will become the details that will help round out our profile and give folks even more info about the property!

Another wonderful week
This is a perfect place for our family. We have a middle-school son, who likes the TVs and bunk bed room, and I sometimes bring my motorcycle, so the 2-car garage and big-for-the-neighborhood driveway makes it perfect.
This is the second time we've stayed, Audra was great both times, very easy to work with -- we had plans change BOTH trips and she accommodated our changes with no issue.
The house is very well kept, clean kitchen (well-stocked with utensils, pans, etc., no need to bring your own if you choose to cook).
The back yard is great for sitting in the morning, drinking coffee, and the balcony off the master is great evenings.
The neighborhood is right off some major streets, BUT do not worry about traffic noise, with doors / windows closed, the place is quiet. I can say that after what I think is now about 14 nights overall in the place.
There's an Albertson's and Sprout's within about a mile -- we DO take advantage of the kitchen! -- and general access to the city is very good because the place has easy access to both I-25, and I40.
Did I mention A/C? Refrigerated air... swamp coolers don't work well in July-August in NM, this place has a REFRIGERATED unit that kept us very comfortable.
Beautiful, comfortable house. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Nicely stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay!
Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished. Fantastic for young children with high chair, pack- n- play and toys. I’d definitely return there.
Just like home.
We were a family of seven and felt very comfortable and the house had everything we needed, even car seats for the kids.
Easy access to food, shopping, entertainment. Master bedroom suite was fantastic. Mornings had hot air balloons sailing overhead.
Perfect for our family reunion!
We first were struck by the beautiful views of the mountains, of the city lights, and of hot air balloons taking off right behind us! The house met our needs very well. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to prepare & serve meals with ease. We enjoyed having coffee & meals outside on the patio when it wasn’t too windy or cold. The location off Montano was perfect for getting around Albuquerque. All in all we were very pleased with our choice of this house for our stay in Albuquerque!
This location is in a neighbor hood situated behind a Dion's Pizza restaurant which also serves awesome subs and salads for individuals or families! (Local Favorite) There is also a gas station with a convenience store next door to Dion's.
A block away there is a strip mall which contains an Albertson's grocery store, multiple restaurants, a gym, Applebee's and and a Starbucks! For quick meals there is also a Dairy Queen and McDonaolds. We often visit the Sakura Japanese grill for dine in and take-out as well! (All in the same plaza.)
If you want to venture a bit farther South down Coors blvd, there is Jinja Bar and Restaurant a bout a half a mile away.
