Vila Golfinho is located in the Penina Golf & Resort Hotel, Alvor, Portimão, voted the Best Golf Resort in Portugal by the World Travel Awards. It has direct exit to one of the holes of one of the three golf courses of the resort, designed by Sir Henry Cotton. It was still in the bar of the Hotel of the Penina that Paul McCarney wrote in 1968 the song "Penina", published in England and Portugal as well. The house is located in an area of 3. 460m2, with total privacy, where large areas of grass predominate, a garden with several trees and flowers and an orchard with several fruit trees: lemons, oranges, pomegranates and grapefruit.
