"As the flavor of his name suggests" Al-Qsar "is a dream Villa that transports us to the wonderful evenings that are transcribed in the stories of the 1000 and one nights.

Combining masterly Arab elements with rustic elements of rural Andalusia, "Al-Qsar" becomes a unique enclave surrounded by vegetation that transports you to a state of Peace and total disconnection in the shade of its olive trees and notes of orange blossom.

Located in an idyllic setting "Al-Qsar" is surrounded from the west by its southern façade of the natural vegetation coming from the "Reserva de Guadalquitón" whose set with the nature integrated in the garden give it an ideal personality for Lovers of pure nature. An indescribable experience.

As more noticeable characteristics of the interior of the house we would find:

. Four rooms fully equipped and unique each of them in essence. The rooms all have a toilet and a private bathroom, as well as a double bed for a full rest. In turn, the main room of the home has an integrated Jacuzzi with views to nature, able to marvel at any sunset.

. The villa has in the lower part of the house and communicated with it, an independent studio with its bedroom, bathroom and private kitchen, ideal for the guests while we enjoy our stay in it. Completing on the terrace with access to this room a small Moroccan outdoor lounge, ideal for late afternoons in the summer.

. Two rooms fully functional and completely different from each other. In the first place the Red Room that crowns the stay from the main entrance of the house. This hall as its own name indicates the red color as a differentiating element, being an ideal stay to receive visitors or spend a pleasant afternoon reading. Second would be the main living room of the house which communicates with the back garden, dining room and kitchen and which will undoubtedly be one of the most living elements of the house, where sit with family and friends to see a series sheltered The fireplace on a winter night.

. Open-plan cuisine of "American" style, suitable for those who love cooking and for those who are not. It is endowed with elements of the highest quality, with refrigerator for wines, oven, ice machine and other basic elements to have a kitchen equips in the highest requirement.

Located in the province of Cádiz, "Sotogrande" is famous for its Polo fields ("Santa María Polo" & "Ayala Spain") and for the golf courses that surround the hamlet ("Valderrama", "La Reserva Club Sotogrande" , "Real Club Golf Sotogrande", "San Roque Golf Club", "Almenara Golf Club". All these services are located less than 8 km from the house, having the prestigious Valderrama Golf course at 800 meters.

In turn and as a coastal town "Sotogrande" has numerous beaches around it as are the beaches of "Torreguadiaro", "Sotogrande" & "La Alcaidesa" which are located less than 10 km farthest from the house.
