About Colleen Bedard
I am a New Englander and have lived in the Portland area off and on for 25 years. I am now settled here and wouldn't live anywhere else but Munjoy Hill. It is truly special to hear fog horns, the train, and the tug boats hard at work in the harbor. The sounds and the smells leave a lasting impression. In addition to being a Realtor, I am also an artist and founded the Society for East End Arts with a few fellow-artists almost 10 years ago. I love walking on the Eastern Promenade with my dog, Coali, where there is an off-leash area for her to run and socialize with the other Hill dogs.

This is a quiet street yet you are close to restaurants, Rosemont Market, and Hilltop Coffee Shop. Downtown Portland is an easy walk from here. Lots of new restaurants and shops.

Loved being in this older part of Portland. Easy walk to excellent coffee, food markets, the water, restaurants and views. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was very hot during our stay but the apartment stayed cool, with the help of fans and AC on at night. Lovely spot.

Comfortable, convenient and quiet
The apartment is ideally located steps to the promenade, and steps to several nice restaurants including the front room and the blue spoon. Great places for meals and or cocktails with some outside seating. The two bedroom unit is a delight with washer dryer, dishwasher and plenty of space to spread out.
Great place in an unbelievable neighborhood! Make sure to get a sandwich at the Hilltop and pizza from OTTO’s. Also, this place doesn’t look like it is on the water, but it practically is based on how close it is to the promenade. Walk a block for one of the best views in the city.

This property had everything that we needed. We could walk almost everywhere. We would stay at this property again.
Perfect Summer Pad on the Hill!
Perfectly located Portland base on Munjoy Hill. Three great restaurants, two bakeries, a coffee shop, and two small grocery stores within a 5-7 minute walk. The Eastern Prom, with its glorious views of Casco Bay and access to great walking/running trails just two small blocks away. The apartment itself was clean, carefully maintained, very comfortable, and set in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of Old Port and Downtown. My wife and I spent a delightful three weeks without feeling cramped and with everything we needed right at hand. Very convenient to have an off street parking spot, where we could forget the car for days on end and walk to everything we needed or wanted. When we wanted to experience the bustle and amenities of Old Port, with its many excellent restaurants and shops and the Casco Bay ferry terminal, they were only a 20-minute waterfront walk away. Colleen was an excellent, knowledgable, and friendly host; she provided all the information we needed ahead of time and was very responsive during our stay when we had questions. We WILL be back, hopefully each summer!
