Trehendra is a dormer bungalow in the seaside town of Perranporth, 5 mins walk from the town centre and the famous 2.5 mile beach of fine golden sand. Access is on (bumpy, private and quiet) Bolenna Lane, off St George's Hill (for St Agnes). There is a playing field 3 doors down with swing park, tennis and green space which is partly overlooked from the house. The house is on a sloping site, with a terrace which is on the sunny side till mid afternoon, overlooking the private garden. Parking off road for up to 4 cars.

The master bedroom and living/dining room feature big bay windows with views from the sand dunes and golf course to the attractive Perrancoombe valley.The dormer double bedroom, accessed by a narrow steep stairway from the kitchen also shares this outlook.

From the parking area steps lead down to the utility room door, through to the kitchen with a small table. Also on this side of the house are the family bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (bunk beds), and a further double bedroom.

This is an older bungalow, just redecorated and updated. It is in a great location for family seaside holidays and is offered at very competitive rates due to the lateness of the listing, so compare the alternatives to get a bargain.

We have a little difficulty setting prices on this site. Weekly prices apply to school holidays with changeover on friday. In term time part week bookings (up to 4 nights) are welcome at two thirds the weekly price and must start or finish on a friday. Ask for a quote if in doubt

central location for all the main attractions Well behaved dogs welcome. The only restriction on the beach is in July and augst from 10 till 2 , dogs must be on ashort lead on the main part of the beach. The eastern section has no restriction
