This beautiful original French Perigordine Gite has been fully restored in 2009 and has been fitted with all luxury.
The surface of the house is 195m2 excluding the terrace.
The house has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom of which one has a large walk-in shower and bathtub.
The other bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
Both bathrooms have double sinks.
Also a separate toilet on both the ground floor and 1st floor.
There is a compact kitchen fitted with a luxury stove and oven also included is a dishwasher.
We have a flat screen TV in the living room with Canal digital.
An own terrace with a outside dining area and BBQ and a place to sit and relax.
All our guests can use the spacious private parking area.
