This pretty, spacious semi-detached holiday cottage is situated in the village of Blencarn, 10 miles from Penrith. It has a kitchen with breakfast table seating six, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, shower cubicle and heated towel rail on the ground floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin singles. The master bedroom has apex ceilings, double aspect windows and a spacious en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside is off road parking for five cars and large, shared lawned gardens with a water feature, paved patio and outdoor furniture. An excellent base for exploring the North Pennines and Lake District National Park. Amenities: Oil fired central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Shared lawned garden with pond. Paved patio with furniture and BBQ. Lockable bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Reduced head height from low doorway and beams near stairs. Note: One internal step from hall to bathroom. Note: One double bedroom only has access to bed from one side. Note: The driveway is shared. Note: Garden shared with neighbouring semi-detached cottage, and due to pond children must be supervised at all times. Note: No same-sex parties or similar.
