Open, airy and uncluttered are the words to best describe the interior of this suburb apartment.
The open plan living area is made of a kitchen and spacious lounge area. Guests enter the apartment via the kitchen which is equipped with the basic self catering essentials such as a built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer combo, microwave, kettle, toaster and sufficient crockery and cutlery for six guests. The kitchen counter doubles up as a breakfast counter with three high chairs.
Leading into the living room with its cream walls and white decor pieces; allowing the sun to enter making the space light and airy, you will find a sofa which may be utilised as a sleeper couch for children under 12 only, a flat screen TV ( with DSTV) and a six seater dining table.
Step out onto the large balcony from the living room and enjoy views over the wetlands towards Table Mountain. Sunset dining can be enjoyed on this large balcony as it offers a six seater outdoor dining set.
The clean uncluttered look and feel flows through to the bedrooms with their white pieces of furniture and pops of colour. An en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet can be found in the main bedroom, with a queen sized bed for the adults. A second bedroom furnished with two single beds makes use of the shared bathroom which has a bathtub with a detachable shower head, basin and toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine which is neatly tucked away in a passage closet; for convenience there is a coin operated Laundromat with both washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.
This residential complex has an outdoor communal swimming pool as well as a communal BBQ area which are both available to our guests.

Secure and convenient, this complex is located in Century City within walking distance of Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Ratanga Junction Theme Park, Virgin Active Health Club and the new Century City Conference Centre. Being close enough to commute to Cape Town and the Waterfront and only five minutes drive from the beach and with Cape Town International Airport only 15 kilometres away; makes this apartment centrally situated.
Guests are able to commute to and from the area with the Myciti bus or the local taxis, which are both accessible within 5 minutes walk from the main entrance.
Century City is home to the Intaka Island with its bird sanctuary and offers boat rides along the canal. There are walkways around the canal which are frequented by the locals either enjoying a leisurely stroll or a run. Tigers Milk and Slug and Lettuce are two restaurants which are a stone’s throw away, or take a walk to Vida e cafe for your morning cuppa.
Bloubergstrand with is beach like lifestyle is a mere 10 minutes drive away towards the West Coast, or if you fancy some wine farms then visit the Durbanville Wine lands. On the opposite side you will find Grand West Casino or the City Centre which is 10 kilometres away.
