1 bedroom, 2 persons, balconies, nice view, Paris center, comfort, Wi-Fi
Bright and warm apartment, very well located and very well served by public transport.
It is on the 6th floor without elevator, and has three small balconies that give it a little country look, very appreciated in the center of Paris.
It is an apartment very pleasant to live thanks to its large equipped kitchen, its living room with Parisian charm with its tiles and fireplace, bathroom with views of the stars, and its room without vis-à-vis.
In addition to being clear with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris, it is in a quiet street, in a typical Parisian neighborhood, popular and trendy in which there is all you need as local shops.
At the end of the street you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, deli, cheese maker, wine merchant, pharmacy, florist and many small restaurants and cafes with terraces.
There are markets nearby, on Tuesdays and Fridays, and an organic market on Sundays.
You can walk to many tourist sites or public transport very easily.
On foot, the Place de la République and the Canal Saint Martin are 5 minutes, the Marais district 10 minutes, Belleville Park and Pere Lachaise 10 minutes.
There are three metro stations (Goncourt, Belleville and Parmentier) very close to the apartment which directly serve the Marais, the Pompidou Center, the Town Hall, Châtelet, the Buttes-Chaumont, the Sacré Coeur, Pigalle, Montmartre , the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette), the Opera, or the Père Lachaise.
And, from the Place de la Republique which serves most other metro lines, or connections, you can go all over Paris very easily.
Not to mention bus 96 which offers a very nice crossing of Paris!
Linen and towels are provided.
There is wifi, books, comics and some board games at your disposal.
The kitchen has enough plates, cutlery and cooking utensils to prepare your meals.
And there are of course shelves in the room and the bathroom to install your belongings.

Sweet apartment in a central location.
Benedicte is a wonderful host. Her communication has been quick and easy, and she was patient in waiting over an hour for us. The apartment is sweet and absolutely perfect. It is well equipped and perfectly comfortable. The location is central and it is easy to get around the city with a number of metros close by. We have adored our stay.
The six flights of stairs is daunting- but after four days I can manage them easily and I feel no guilt now for my indulgences at the local patisserie!
I cannot recommend this apartment and Benedicte highly enough.
Loved our apartment in the 11th!
The apartment was just as lovely as it looks in the pictures, so cute, makes you feel right at home! Bénédicte was very sweet and accommodating, even gave us recommendations on her favorite eateries in the neighborhood. There are lots of great restaurants and brasseries within blocks of appartement, as well as bars (l'orange mechanique is a hip brew pub). Became regulars at two corner brasseries for our morning coffee and evening beverages (be sure to ask for a jus d'orange pressé with your morning coffee and croissant, the best!) There are a few "grocery stores" for your general shopping within a few blocks, even an organic grocery store (the Bio store next to the Simply Market), as well as butcher shops, boulangeries/pâtisseries, fromageries, book store, laundromat, etc. There's even a storefront right downstairs where a woman makes and sells beautiful leather goods, and another down the block where I saw a knitting class going on. A very diverse and interesting neighborhood. I love the 11th because it's a real neighborhood, not a touristy area, but so close to everywhere you want to go. Walk, or catch the metro at Goncourt and connect easily to everything. I have only good things to say about the apartment, Bénédicte, and the neighborhood. Things to keep in mind, the apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift, so not for everyone, but by the end of our stay we were cruising up the stairs no problem. The tub is small compared to what most are probably used to, but the window above makes up for it 😊 If you're more than one person plan your bathing schedule so the first person doesn't leave the second with a cold shower/bath, as the water heater is also small 😉 Paris apartments are small, but this one felt quite spacious, good layout and lots of windows with a beautiful view of the old church next door, plants on the terrasses and around the house are a beautiful addition. I would absolutely stay here again, if you're looking for an authentic Paris experience you will love it!
