Villa Alessandrini in Cattolica (RN - Italy), a well-built historic building built in 1895, facing the beach and the sea with a holiday home of the noble Bolognese family, is of undeniable beauty and charm.
Nothing has changed the physiognomy of the villa that, after a careful restoration, looks like it was in 1895. There is sea everywhere in this house .... Not only from the windows overlooking the sea; Conductors are in fact shells, friezes, doors, chandeliers and even a late eighteenth-century sofa. To call the sea also the Venetian sow in the common parts, made with shell fragments, triton fountains and dolphin shaped taps.
The villa perfectly preserved the wooden floors in the bedrooms, chandeliers, frescoed ceilings, antique doors with its portals, stucco and friezes at the end of the nineteenth century.
Everything is ethereal and impalpable, such as warm-colored fabrics and decorative objects that speak of sea and travel, dreams and poetry.
The villa, born as a summer holiday residence, is destined for the same purpose today; Features furnishings that are mingled with styles, furniture from afar, objects that tell a story and emit a sound: that of the sea.
The villa is spread over several floors over 500 sqm and has a private garage of 210 sqm and an annexe of 60 sqm.
The villa has 6 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (+ 2 on request), 3 lounges, 3 dining rooms, 1 equipped porch, 2 large terraces.
The villa is situated by the sea (area with bathing facilities with rental of umbrellas, loungers, cabins and rescue service, animation, as well as bars, beach restaurants, children's games etc.).
The villa is surrounded by a private garden with citrus fruit itself, with the possibility of organizing dinners for up to 20 people; As well as independent bilocale for any service personnel.
