5 bedrooms, large dining room, comfortable lounge near city centre.

A traditional, semi-detached house situated in a quiet conservation area yet only a 5 minute walk from centre of Inverness. There is a private garden, safe for children, and off-street parking. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room, dining room with large table that sits 8, and kitchen with all modern appliances. Also a toilet, single bedroom and sunny utility room off kitchen. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath.

We provide a free view television, radio and wifi. All linen and towels as well as dish cloths, cleaning equipment, toilet paper and kitchen roll. There are starter supplies of toiletries, dish washing liquid and detergent.

We provide tea, coffee, sugar and shortbread. There is also salt and pepper.

Great house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at Shona and Ian's house in Inverness. There were eight of us and we were perfectly comfortable. We had a large eight seater van and it fit just fine in the off street parking. The house itself is a beautiful old stone house and the furniture was of nice quality and comfortable. The location was great, it is a short walk to the shopping center and to downtown Inverness. We walked into town every day for meals and exploration. Shona and Ian were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

Lovely, roomy house in a comfortable neighborhood, walking distance to town.

We spent five nights in this lovely house in Inverness in July 2018. It is in a very nice and safe neighborhood and is easy walking distance to town. Five bedrooms, modern kitchen, large dining room for family dining. There is also a comfortable front sitting room with flat screen television, abundant reading material and information of local interests. Finally, there is a large private garden for ending those long summer days with a cool beverage. I highly recommend this house for your visit to Northern Scotland.

We had an excellent experience. Shona and Ian were very responsive to our requests and referred us to a driver to get to our tee times who was outstanding. House was very comfortable and met all our needs.

everything was just perfect!

We really enjoyed staying in Shona's and Ian's house during a hot summer week in Inverness.

The place is in extremely good shape, is very well equipped with all amenities and necessities, very close to the city center in a nice and quiet residential area.
