We have taken over this property in May 2017 hence we have no reviews as of yet.

Your bungalow is located on a private award winning park in the beautiful Tamar valley. Not only is the site located next to the River Lynher, the beautiful wooded surroundings provide a setting of such peace and quiet that it is difficult to imagine you are just minutes from the A38 which gives you easy access to the whole of Cornwall and Devon. The bungalow has been refurbished and consists of two bedrooms-one with a double bed and the second with a single bed and set of bunks. All bed linen is supplied and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The huge open plan living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher and oven as well as loads of work surface and storage. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.. The kitchen then runs into the dining area with table and seating for 5 persons. The living room area has two sofas with again seating for 5.

The living room has a TV with freeview, X Box games console and a log burning stove to make for cosy living on those cooler evenings. Outside you have your own south facing patio with modern rattan furniture and plenty of room to soak up that Cornish sunshine or just to watch and listen to the local wildlife. There is an allocated parking space just at the side of the bungalow with additional parking at the entrance to the Park.

There is an outdoor heated shared pool, playground and tennis court.

Dogs are welcome in the Bungalow and the park itself.


No 20 Sleeps up to 5 in 2 Bedrooms.

Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has a single bed and a set of bunks, comfortably sleeping 5.

All bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival. Bathroom with power shower and wash basin and separate toilet. Large fully equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and has lots of work surface. There is also a washing machine and separate tumble dryer just off the kitchen. Huge open plan Lounge/dining area with log burning stove, TV with games console. Large doors out on to south facing patio.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Logs and coal can be purchased from the owners of the Park. Bed linen is provided but not towels and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The property and linen are cleaned at the end of a booking. A cot and high chair are also available.

Why The Owner chose Saltash

This property is in a perfect location for a relaxing holiday and is great for kids.

Being close enough to the A38 it's perfect for exploring both Devon and Cornwall.

The Bungalow is fantstic for summer and winter. There are only 22 on the site and it extreemly well maintained.

Great for older people, disabled and a young family as you can park outside the property.

The county park is flat.

A lovely bungalow in a pretty area. Lots of wildlife and quiet surroundings but walking distance to the pub and near to the A38 so everywhere we needed to go was easily accessible. Thanks for a lovely stay - we had a great family Christmas

Le bungalow est idéalement situé pour permettre de visiter la Cornouailles, et ses côtes, et proche de PLYMOUTH qui est une ville qui assure le dépaysement pour des adolescents français ;le parc est un endroit calme et reposant.

A great loacation, close to beaches and fantastic walks.

The bungalow is good for winter and summer as there is a log burner in the property.

11 miles from Loo, which has a fantastic sandy beach and brilliant shops and resturants.

Downderry is just 15 minutes away located in a small village with a pub ,restaurant and shops. It is a mixture of sand and rocks so ideal to keep children interested. Access is easy.

Whitsand Bay is a lovely sandy beach with access is down a long flight of stairs but it is well worth the effort. There are no facilities at this beach.

Dogs are welcome at some beaches all year round and at others operate a ban between April and October. Please check before going.
