The apartment was partially renovated and equipped with new furniture in March 2017. Both heating and air conditioning are operated independently so that you guests can set their desired temperature. The living room floors are covered in beautiful large porcelain stoneware tiles, while the sleeping area floors in whitewashed wood. Though the apartment is on the ground floor, it is necessary to climb 22 steps to get to it.
The living area takes on a very contemporary look thanks to the photos of a young Modena artist and the dramatic industrial design chandeliers. This room includes a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa (120 cm x 200 cm) located in front of a wall-mounted 37-inch flat screen TV. The open-floor kitchen is separated from the living room by a column. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave and induction hob, the latter facing a dining table for 4.
The mezzanine, which includes the sleeper area, is reached by a few steps. It features Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and large walk-in wardrobe. An additional wall-mounted 22-inch TV is in front of the bed. The bathroom recalls the style of the living room flooring, namely, elegant large ceramic tiles which create a minimalist yet sophisticated setting. It also includes large crystal shower cabin and washing machine.
