I own the Swamp Rabbit Inn in the West End of downtown Greenville, a six bedroom European style inn. We rent bikes from our Bike Shed at the inn and host Truck Inn Tuesdays from June - August in the parking lot of the inn with food trucks, live music and local makers. We like to offer our guests the experience of living like a local when they stay in our properties. We are always available to offer suggestions to make the most out of your stay in Greenville. We love the cycling culture here and can help you navigate the perfect rides, hikes, and experiences. We have three other vacation rentals in addition to the Swamp Rabbit Inn our flagship property. The Swamp Rabbit Lodge (sleeps 24) is a 5 bedroom mid-century modern ranch (Jetson's Style) on 12 acres near Furman University, near the bike trail. It sits on 12 acres and we carved our own mountain bike/nature trail through the property. It will shares the land with our Furman Cottage (sleeps 13) a cozy cottage. Both properties have hot tubs and bonfire pits. We also own the Swamp Rabbit Cottage (sleeps 5) just down the street. It's a mill house rehab, same IKEA style, in another up and coming neighborhood in West Greenville on the edge of the proposed City park and just steps from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We like to offer unique alternatives to hotels and lodging where you can live like a local and really get the feel of Greenville. I am a licensed real estate agent and real estate investor. I love to bring old properties back to life to help others gather and make memories or just have a stylish, function place to crash for a few days. Why Wendy Lynam chose Greenville
The growth in Greenville is spreading rapidly to West Greenville. I own 5 mill houses a few blocks away and I have found the neighborhoods of West Greenville to be very peaceful. I love the proximity of this property to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, downtown Greenville and CoWork. I believe the proposed City park along both sides of the Reedy River and Mayberry Street will come to fruition just like Falls Park and I am passionate about taking miserable buildings and turning them into the gem on the block with a funky IKEA look. I like to offer pet friendly lodging to people staying a few nights, digging in for a few weeks or months or those coming to check out the area with an eye on relocation. I love the way this property turned out and took some chances on the exterior design. I love bright, modern and industrial looks that have really function, clean spaces. This is one of my bigger undertakings and I look forward to owning and managing this building for years to come and see how the area develops.

We were really close to downtown. Comfortable and clean.
When we needed an iron for our clothes Wendy brought one to us. Paper towels and/or napkins would have been nice, but not necessary.
Wendy was extremely accommodating and friendly. The place was very nice and convient to downtown. Would go back!
