Apartment 1 Bedroom for 2/4 people near Palma.

SOL PORTITXOL is a nice, cosy Apartment of 40 sq. mts next to the beach and in a luxurious, modern area near Palma.

The location is great: only 10 min. from Palma Airport, 5 min. from Palma centre and a Bus Stop only 50 metres from the house.

The building SOL PORTITXOL has only one floor where there are five Apartments. It has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen / living-room with sofa bed for 2 people, a small balcony with sea view and spacious private terrace of 35 sq. metres on the roof with table, chairs, hammocks, BBQ and sea views.

The building has a private entrance from the street with a key and has Air-Conditioning cold and heat, Satellite TV, Internet access, WiFi, Safe Box and all basic kitchen accessories and laundry. Bed linen and towels.

The communication of the house to any point of the Island by bus / train is very convenient, easy, frequent and cheap.

You don´t need a car during your stay. We will help you discover the magic of Portitxol.

Rent as a Temporary Residential Rental Agreement according to LAU 29/1994 art. 3.2. This is not a tourist product. No tourist services offered.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, It has every facility you need washing machine ,dishwasher etc. The roof terrace was good for relaxing and chilling out with nice views over the sea

The local area is nice and peaceful and perfect for strolling along the front to the restaurants.

Easy enjoyable walk into Palma ,The buses are regular into Palma as well,The City tour is a must.

Miquel is the perfect host and gentleman he is always there to help .Thank you

A nice compact apartment, we stayed 3 persons, but there's also a large roof terrace, 35 sqm where you can enjoy the view over the sea and promenade and a barbecue, because you're suppose to be in doors when in Mallorca ;) The apt has good standards with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and kitchen utilities enough for preparing meals at home and it's just 100 meters from a big Eroski where you can meat, fish and "everything". There's also a Bakery rather near. On the other hand, you have good restaurants nearby; Es Mollet and Sa Roqueta for fish and shellfish and also Portixol Hotels restaurant which is quite good and many more in the nice area. Close is also the bus stop for the bus to Palma and all the restaurants and bars. But most important to mention is the owner/manager Miquel who was so very helpful with "everything", such a nice and friendly man and a great host for his apartments but also for Mallorca. Many Thank's from us and hope to see you again when we stay in Portixol again!

Great location

Portixol is a pretty and quiet location just a short taxi ride away from the airport

There are a selection of great restaurants and bars, a supermarket and bus stop around the corner from the apartment.

The apartment is clean and compact with everything provided to make your stay comfortable. The terrace is a bonus with great views of the sea and the promenade.

We enjoyed a lovely walk along the sea front into Palma each day. Cycle hire is a great way to explore the surrounding areas.

Miguel, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.

We hope to return again soon.

First rate!

Great location. Apartment is well kept and well equipped. Plenty big enough for 2; 4 adults would be "cozy"! - and an owner who was exceptionally helpful. Local beach is very nice, as are the bars/cafes in the immediate area. Plenty of quality eating within 15 minutes walk, and the proximity of Palma is brilliant, whatever your preference is. A chic area. We've re-booked - that says everything, I suppose.

The appartment was really nice, light and had a really good "homefeeling". Ther is everything in this apartment, washing machine, dish washer, flat-iron, toaster, tv, coffe makers, name it.. its there :). Perfect!!

The area is super, the beach really close, the beachwalk, restaurants and a big store really close.

It was also close to the airport, it took only 10 minutes by taxi.

A beautiful and modern Apartment with sea views, located in the upmarket area of Portitxol.

It´s a quiet Apartment, 50 metres from the beach and the promenade. The Walk connects Palma de Mallorca to Playa de Palma along 15 miles where each day many people enjoy strolling along.

A few metres away, you can sunbathe and swim at the beach walk, jog, cycle or just sit at one of the wonderful cafes watching the sea life and eating in different restaurants in the area.

Palma, the capital of the Island, is situated only 1 mile from the house. The second oldest gothic Cathedral in the world, the Bellver Castle and the Old Town are a must a few minutes from home.

The Bus Stop is 50 metres away. Only 10 min. by car or bus is the famous Playa de Palma -3 miles of sandy beach- with its wide range of pubs, night clubs and discos.
